I was there late Saturday night, I do maintenance work for my company here in Toledo, I had to drive an hour and a half for a no heat call at one of our elderly sites there, I was hungry, stopped and was very glad to see that soup was on the menu, ordered the loaded bake potato and a six inch steak and cheese, the young man was so friendly, and the place was so clean.

Staff was very quick and nice. Sandwiches were tasty.
Current health code with Corona says that the straws and cup tops need to be given to you so you don't have other people touching them. Straws and cup tops all piled together by the dispenser.

Service was great but they were out of several items I wanted on my 4 foot longs and to me the sandwiches just didn't taste as good as they should have

Customer service was terrible... the employees were complaining about how much they make and how they need a raise. The one employee made my sandwich sloppy and then when I asked for more napkins she told me “anything else” with a stern annoyed voice. I got marinara all over me because there was sauce on the outside of my sandwich... needless to say I won’t be visiting that subway anymore.
