This McDonald's is a BIG disappointment! They need to train their employees correctly! I used my app and the cashier had no idea how to enter it correctly! Also if you have no ice cream let us know when we order! Not after we order and pay for it and then have to give a refund and waste our time in the drive thru! Incompetent!

Went to 2 McDs and wanted in long drive thru line for sundaes only to find out at each place the ice cream machine was out. I had to then stay in both lines to get out. It would be helpful to have that info before entering drive thru.

This location always seems to get my order wrong or one of their machines are not working or they're out of something. 🙄 And the employees probably don't get paid enough to care

Bought a large Sprite with no ice. About 10 minutes after drinking my left kidney began to ache and a sore appeared right under my lip. Wanted to get it myself to avoid this, as I don't believe in people preparing my drinks (or food) for me, but their lobby was closed. Not sure what was in it, will never allow a McDonald's employee to serve my food or drink ever again, they serve poison. Better off drinking water from a pond than the drinks they serve you (through the drive-thru). Ridiculous.

So i keep coming too get food in the night and it’s probably the 10th time within a month that they told me they are only accepting cash no card or mobile orders and the last recent time i placed a mobile order they told me they couldn’t give me my food when my order was already payed I don’t recommend coming here in the night if you don’t have any cash 👎👎👎

Ordered in app, before I got there, to save time. Took forever! Ordered a Bacon McDouble with no buns. Received 2 patties and lettuce, didn't get bacon or cheese or the mayo I paid extra for.
