This place is the worst. The drive thru line takes forever, every single day. They always tell you they're "out of" whatever you ask for especially if it's ice cream. Cookies n cream? "We're out" You want a milkshake? "Oh sorry all 3 of our blenders are not working" Come on. It's THE WORST! And the place inside is so h a mess now! Idk what happened.

Came to this town to move a family member all the way from the west coast and man I’ve never been to a Dunkin Donuts before. What a terrible experience...we went through the drive thru and as we did so ordered our drinks. We really wanted to try the donuts but by the time we ordered our drinks we felt as though we were a burden and were huffed at by the lady who took our order, she seemed extremely unfriendly and having always been in customer service myself it doesn’t matter what time of day, what happened at home, if you hate your job etc.. your customers shouldn’t feel intimidated by asking questions and just pushed through thinking if the order was even finished. In the morning when people go to get coffees they don’t want to be be greeted by an angry soul, whose eyes you can hear through her voice we’re rolling in the back of her head had we seen it. You can make people’s day first thing! Be that change!
