Urgh! My fellow marsupial and Me were ready to chow down on a tasty 2 can Dine Meal! The Popeye's app said, with this deal, we should get 5 pieces of delicious fried chicken, two regular sides, and two biscuits. Once we got down under, it was a different story! 4 pieces of chicken, no tasty included. Only 2/4 sides were available for our choice, and the biscuits had been baking under the barbie for a bit too long. Ah well, I hope next visit will deliver MORE on the deal and LESS on the steal. Keep at it mates!

After KFC near Walmart closed, I started going to Popeyes occasionally to get my cat a drumstick (don’t judge me). I went there tonight and got myself a sandwich. Despite being the only car at the drive through, the cashier asked me to pull over and park. I don’t know why since he brought out a dried-out piece of chicken on a burned, partly ripped bun two minutes later. You could be forgiven for assuming this is due to labor shortage, but this is exactly the level of quality and service I experienced the last time I went there in late 2019. Go to Miss Barbara Jean’s Soul Food Kitchen instead.

This is the most disgusting and rude place I've ever been to.
The dining area was filthy.
The woman taking orders was extremely rude.
Food took forever to get and was tasteless.
15 minutes away is another Popeyes in Stamford and it's a million times better.
Avoid this establishment!

I visited the Popeye's restaurant in Norwalk CT. The restaurant was very clean. It was later at night, but not too late, about 7:30pm. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a five piece spicy chicken tenders combo meal. It came with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. The chicken fingers were very good. The biscuit was also delicious because it was soaked in butter. The mashed potatoes were eh. Not the best and not the worst by any means. I'd rate them a 6 out of ten. The chicken fingers were excellent. Even though they were the spicy ones they were not overwhelmingly spicy and had just enough kick in my opinion. The only issue I had was that it took about 10 minutes waiting for my chicken fingers because they were out of them and I had to wait for more to be made. I found this odd because it wasn't very late and it seems like that would be a common item so they should have had them ready to go as it's not a made to order style restaurant. The chicken sandwich was ready immediately so I ended up eating that first while waiting on my chicken fingers combo. The sandwich was definitely good but does it deserve all the hype it received in the media....I think not. It was good but not write home or stab someone in line over the last one (like happened multiple times) good. Over all I enjoyed the meal and would definitely eat there again. I should note this was my first time ever eating at Popeye's restaurant. While not the servers fault for the chicken fingers not being ready he was extremely polite and appolgized multiple times for the amount of time it took so I give him credit for that. He was very professional and good at his job. He kept checking on multiple orders and was on top of everything. I give credit where credit is due and he deserved it. So yes I would eat there again but was it deserving of all the hype the media gave it....no. Not in my opinion.

They claim to open at 10:30 in the morning, and they are never open at 10:30. Went there today at 10:45, had to ho back at 11:00.. I ordered an eight piece family pack and I said I don’t want any ties I want to replace them with legs and wings…. When I finally got home to eat my dinner at 5 o’clock, I realize there were no wings at all and they were mostly thought is in my box. $24 wasted. I actually called and I spoke to the manager that I supposedly was waited on this morning. She claims that she told me that it’s mixed chicken and they cannot substitute. Well she did not tell me that. If she Had, I would not have spent $24 on chicken that I am not going to eat.. I also thought that when you ordered the family pack you would get a large drink with that. No apparently that’s separate don’t know what good ordering a family pack does.. and the fries are always cold at Popeyes.

First time going to this since I lived in norwalk. Will not go there again i found a piece of hair in my red beans and rice bowl. Eww gross. Customer service sucks he didn't ask me if I want white or dark meat. Just gave me dark meat. Eww again...will not go back to this place just because of the hair that was found in my food. No hair nets.

Consistently bad but the best fast food meal I've ever had was here. Life-changing experience.

I went to Popeyes to try the new fried chicken sandwich. This location is directly next to a Chick-fil-A. The contrast is Stark. The Popeyes was empty, the Chick-fil-A was packed. After waiting for a fresh Cajun sandwhich I can say with certainty that Popeyes offering is extremely competitive. It's definitely less healthy than Chick-fil-A and you taste it. This may or may not bother some people. My sandwich was terrific. Where Chick-fil-A wins hands down is on the quality of the actual location and the depth on the menu besides the sandwich. Service is faster, more seating, more healthy choices etc... However for the best tasting fast food chicken sandwich... Popeyes is a solid contender.
