Pizza Hut

Have ordered several times where order hasn't been correct, employees have been rude, and when calling back to try to get order corrected have been told that order couldn't be corrected that night even though restaurant still open. Have also called about incorrect order only to have i assume manager on duty say well sorry but thanks 4 letting us know and that was it, no offer to correct the mistake at all. When we had a $14 pizza that was made incorrectly, Instead of giving a credit 4 same pizza or remaking it, was only given $10 credit so basically shorted $4. The times our food has been correct though it has been good. Have also called to order before closing time(like about 10:53-10:54 when closing @ 11pm)&have been told sorry we're closing n 5 min and will not take my order when a pickup order.

The salad dressing isn't that good like it use to be a couple of years ago. The Ranch salad dressing tasted sour. I like the old ranch dressing they had a few years ago. Plus the pizzas were better 15 to 20 years ago. The pizzas now and the last 10 years or longer doesn't taste as good as it did back then. I use to think Pizza Hut Pizza was the best around, but now it's not were the pizzas are different from years ago.

Wanted to dine in and the woman at the cash register asked us if we were. She waited ten minutes after that to tell us that the dining room was closed. There were no signs indicating it was and it wasn't blocked off. There was even a sign saying please wait to be seated. She said they were understaffed which I do understand but it would of been nice to tell us before we waited so long.

The pizza came undercooked, mushy and disgusting. Not what I want to see when spending $50. Called to complain, person on the phone was rude, dismissive and said it wasn't their problem that there were other orders ahead of ours. From here on out we stick to Doughmakers. Their employees are polite and their pizza is actually fresh. This is very similar as to what happen to me on Thursday

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly and accommodating . This was the best experience and the most amazing food that we have received from the Pizza Hut in Norton VA in VERY long time, maybe years. I was complaining to myself about the higher prices but after tasting the food and being served by a friendly staff that I had never seen before, it was totally worth it. I hope the quality remains at the current level. It should be the standard against which all others are compared. I hope my review finds it way back to the Norton VA store so they can see my appreciation for their fantastic service on the evening of September 21, 2021.
