Horrible experience, horrible service and I paid extra to have it wrapped in lettuce and it was rotted. I made my purchase for pickup online. I checked my order in the store and this is what I got. Pictures have been added. I showed the manager and he looked at me like I was crazy. He then tells me the lettuce is discolored bc of the knife. The lettuce was old and slimy. I can’t believe they used it. IM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! I know what old lettuce looks like specially considering I was a chef. Ewwww!

A great friendly place for burgers and dogs. If you are a vegan or vegetarian there are great options, they have a non meat patty and beyond meat which taste like meat. They also have great addons such as chili and fried eggs. The fries are also fresh cut, crispy and full of flavor. My favorite addon to the fries are urban style which is mayo, herbs and parm cheese. The onion rings are also great, it whole onions not ground up ones.

Absolutely beyond a doubt THE best burgers my wife and I have ever ate! Yes, including Mama's. Big, thick and very juicy with fries to die for. I ordered 2 servings but the cashier told me one would be enough. She was absolutely right. We ate our fill with plenty left over for another meal. Its pure Angus with no additives. They even have Vegan burgers for those of that persuasion. There's 4 kinds of beer on tap and Frozen custard for desert. We were both full and satisfied. It turns out this location is the only one in Michigan, right across from Schoolcraft College. A definite Go To experience.

When I first walked in, I almost walked back out! The 3 employees were talking and the front dinning was dirty only 1 clean table and we were the only customers. My father in law wanted a burger and since it was fresh made we could order with no salt added. He had just a plain single and I had the ultimate bacon cheeseburger added chili and I would suggest anyone that likes chili to add to theirs! It was an amazing burger hot and fresh with hand dipped onion rings that were fantastic. The staff got to work and did a great job! I’m so glad we stayed, because these burgers are fantastic and shortly after we ordered they got busy and cleaned the tables and wiped down the condiment area.
