Great place to eat. Many options on the menu from breakfast, entrees, casual fare, to desserts . Reasonable prices. Good quality and quantity of food. Many of their staff has been there for years which says great things about management and the business. There are also numerous repeat customers who are on first name basis with the staff and patronize the business weekly. We enjoy eating there when we are in the area.

Picked up chicken and pasta dinners. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. I'm not one for takeout, food is usually warm and soggy by the time you get them home and reheated, but I was happy with the meals right out of the containers. Would consider going back. FYI, what they don't tell you when ordering, they add on a 4% service charge when using a debit or credit card

The Franconis Manager did not like hearing about or seeing a sandwich failure. Instead of showing concern about my experience, she insisted that I was talking loud and she wasn’t going to return my money. I was unaware that I was speaking loud and did apologize several times. I was simply describing the failed sandwich. She made a verbal reference to her not wanting to taste my sandwich as though I asked her to. I simply told her that when tasted or if tasted that it was basically - a salad. She verbally made the impression as though I had actually asked her to taste the sandwich. She told me that I should know better, I come in there all the time, and I should know how their sandwiches are made. Yes, I do and this day was a complete failure. She stated that they weigh the meat, but that means nothing, if you cannot see or taste the meat. She finally provided a refund but with an attitude that sickened me. I have been a customer for at least 16 years and I felt she should of shown some concern about my dissatisfaction, but instead she wanted to blame me and make it appear like I was this daunting customer who was acting up. Franconis lost a long time customer today. There are other places eager to make a Real Hoagie for less money.

Nice place. Food was really good. Great pizza and garlic knots. Service was fast and our server was awesome. Definitely recommend.

The 4 stars is bc my Italian mother wasn’t too crazy about the Italian hoagie 😆 my sister and i thoroughly enjoyed the cheesesteaks and greasy cheesy boardwalk like pizza. Almost transported us to the boardwalk 😆 we were looking for a replacement for Pudge’s since the quality of their cheesesteaks seemed to be going down hill a bit… not quite as baseball bat sized, but delicious nonetheless! My sister and i will be back for cheesesteaks! Next time we’ll ask for provolone cheese instead though, no biggie, that was our fault for not specifying.

Prices have gone up for most restaurant and it’s my choice whether I choose to go out or not; this much I understand... But the last few times I’ve been here, the quality of food has continued to go down along with the staff’s attitude. Do yourself a favor and find a different local Italian restaurant. The place is unclean and the Veal Parmesan was the worst I’ve ever had.

Went for the breakfast special-- pretty good. Servers are kind and accommodating.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was doordashing just now and I tried to tell them why I was there and a blond lady got an attitude with me just because I was trying to do my job 😑 would never eat there, they look like they mess with your food with how angry she was lol PASS.

My husband and I have given this local business many opportunities to right our disappointment; however, we have finally decided to no longer support them. I was ecstatic to find a place that sold meat ravioli, that is until on at least three different occasions we have experienced horrible service. First my husband picked up food to-go and after getting home all the way on County Line Road, found out that we had been given the completely wrong food order. He drives back and upon returning home finds that his order was still incorrect. On a second occasion, I found that half of my meat ravioli are actually cheese ravioli that I do not like. Tonight, after waiting well over an hour and a half, I finally get my delivered order and I find all my meat ravioli are actually cheese. Each time the wait for food delivery has gotten longer and I have started to not even receive the correct order. If I am going to spend my hard earned money from working in the emergency services, then I will most definitely no longer be spending it here. This is the third LOCAL business I have come across in this area (since moving here) that has offered nothing but poor service for the amount of money I am paying them. Also they have had no remorse over their customers reports of displeasure in their service. They have lost at least one family's business in this area.

Great pizza. Cheesiest cheese steaks. I'm currently working my way through the seemingly endless burger menu. Friendly, attentive staff.

Franconis is my go to place for pizza when I'm home or at work! We Ulta girls love our Franconis! They're a favorite! And have you tried their breakfast?! So good! I just wish they had the breakfast menu available online!

No longer going to be a customer here. Ive been waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes for my delivery on a Tues night and still not here. When I called and spoke with the manager named Brian he not only laughed initially and said sometimes you get busy, he then hung up on me! This on top of 2 burnt pizzas in the past month. This was our once a week go to for take out....KEY WORD WAS! Update.... they canceled our order and lied and said I canceled it! Why would I cancel if I called to ask where it is?? Owners son answered this time and he's even more rude!
