Saladworks

I wish I could put 0 stars. This was the first time that I tried Saladworks but disappointed. I got chopped tomatoes and avocados and they were molted. When I open my plate then I smell the bad smell coming from my salad I tasted and it was avocado, tomatoes and corn were molted. I believe in other location they don’t do that but this location waste of money:(

My office ordered from this location through grub hub. Not a single salad was made correctly, one of them was missing completely and the wrap was made incorrectly despite having everything written out for them. There were 2 rolls missing and the ones that were in there were just thrown in the plastic bag carelessly not wrapped up at all.When we called the location and asked to speak to the manager she was rude and unwilling to help. She stated it was grub hubs problem even though they are the ones that made the salads incorrectly and there was nothing they could do. At this point we were not trying to get our money back, we just wanted our correct order. We were told again that it wasn’t their problem and they weren’t going to do anything for us. We got refunded our money from grub hub and ordered from a different salad works location. I will NEVER order from this location again. I could not believe that they were so careless in making our food when everything was right in front of them. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Large selection of salad choices or you can create your own custom salad. Ingredients are always fresh and good quality. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place is clean. It’s a great option if you want something fast but healthy. Everything is so good, my biggest dilemma is deciding what to get!

I expected long lines at a salad place on a day that was 92*, no problem. However the staff was slow and unmotivated. Ordered a mandarin chicken and got Mediterranean salad instead and little to no spinach on my made to order salad. I had already waited in line for over 20 minutes (as the second customer in line) to ask them to redo it. Never been so disappointed in a saladworks before. The one I usually go to is next to Sesame Place and they are amazing, fast and get the orders right. Maybe they should train their employees at a fast paced location first.

I've been to many Saladworks locations and this is easily the worst. They close earlier than posted, so it's typical to show up 30 minutes before closing to closed doors. Some days they are closed randomly with some excuse posted on the door. I don't think I've ever been in there without some if not almost all the chairs on top of the tables. I shouldn't feel bad for walking in and ordering something since they obviously don't want to be open and serve customers. One of the rare occasions I actually dined-in with my family we were reminded a few times about their closing even though they were supposed to be open for at least another 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. They don't want to work, so don't give them any.

Saladworks is typically my go-to place when I need a quick meal for home. However, lately, it has gone downhill. The gentlemen putting the salads together were making a mess. The toppings were getting all mixed together and the bar where they were preparing the salads was strewn with fixings and salad dressing. I left without a salad, and I'm taking away a couple stars. Please improve.... I will miss this as a go-to, but I won't buy from a place where the workers make a mess of their workplace. I will say that they were busy, but I would rather wait for cleanliness than take home a container that has a mess on the bottom and ingredients that I did not ask for.
