Moe's Southwest Grill

It used be very friendly and had fresh food all the time. No more welcoming and most side condiments were empty. No cilantro , onion and cucumber? One of customer was willing to wait for cilantro and the girl said that she doesn't know how long it will takes. There wasn't pinto beans and the girl just scooped the liquid from tray. Very sad that all the worker looked unhappy. We're not going back there again. Oh , there was only 2 kind of sala and chips was really greasy and soggy. What happened to this place? I had to add more veggies from home.

Staff is usually slow and doesn't take online orders very well but the food is usually good. This time not so much. Ordered a burrito and was met with a sopping wet bag when I got home. The burrito was filled with grease almost as if they had pumped it into the center. The entire tortilla was saturated with grease and was quite literally dripping at a steady rate. Had to transfer the contents into a tortilla from home just to be able to eat it. Will not be ordering from this location again for a while until staff is changed. It's one thing to mistakenly mess up a burrito, it's another to neglectfully add spoonfuls of grease in along with the meat and vegetables. Called the store to complain and nobody answers you just get hold music for over 15 minutes with no answer.

We ate(jr. burritos) at this location for the first time, last night. The service was great. The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, quick(but didn't rush us), & efficient. We used to go to the Port Charlotte location(closer to our house) but service is horrible & unprofessional & the restaurant itself, is filthy. We'll travel the extra 10-15 minutes to come here for Moe's.

Went in today and the glass counter that is right over food, right where my face is to see the food, was completely covered in dust. I was disgusted to say the least. If they aren’t cleaning that, what else aren’t they cleaning. How can they get by for what I’m assuming months of not cleaning that glass where customers literally hover over?! Managers should be checking those things! The floor was really sticky too!

Slow and uncaring staff. My wife ordered chicken in her burrito and finally canceled that because some was dicing it but wouldn't cook a portion for her, she was waiting until she diced it all. By the time we got our food it was cold. And the tables and everything else was dirty. This used to be a good place to eat, no more.

1 star for the fact that this fast food taco joint asks you to tip the workers, even if you are just carrying out. I’m no greedy customer, and I tip 20% every time, but to ask me to tip someone for rolling a burrito and doing their job is too much for me even if it’s only 1$. The company should pay the workers better, I feel bad for them
