I usually don’t post reviews, however, this was a must. Judy at cookies by design went above and beyond. After ordering online, confirming a delivery time was prompt. Our cake was hand delivered with a bow on the box. All this was done the same day! She was communicative and very polite. Not to mention, the cookie cake was delicious. Thanks for making our sons birthday a great one!!

I have been ordering cookie bouquets from this Cookies By Design for about 20 years. They are always delicious cookies and made up so cute! I love eating these cookies just as much as I enjoy giving them as gifts!

I called midday on the Friday before Memorial Day to order a cookie cake for our daughter and husband to celebrate their first baby (and our first grandchild). Although the store was due to close at 2 that day and be closed for the holiday weekend, Judy said she would get the cookie cake created and delivered that day. We are located in Delaware and we wanted the cookie to be on their porch when they arrived home from the hospital. Judy created a sweet design on the cookie with the baby's name, birth date and weight! Our family loved it! Judy is a rock star!

Always a great experience. The cookie bouquets are so pretty that you almost don't want to eat them but they taste so good that you must! Their customer service is excellent, as well. A nice change from sending flowers or a fruit basket. Everyone loves getting them.
