We had fish sandwiches on Ash Wednesday. Worst sandwich ever. Cold and stale . Never order from this Arby’s again. Place needs upgrade. McDonald’s have better fish sandwiches hot and tasty

If they mess up your order they make you go to the back of the line. Maybe if they would read your order back to you they could get the order right. Or God forbid, open up the flipping inside to order. Worst Arbys I have EVER been to. I also didn’t appreciate being called a liar by the lady at the drive-through either

Eh.. not great. Messed up our order then said they made me a new sandwich but it ended up that they only took off the stuff I didn't want on it, good thing I didn't have an allergy or I would have been taking a trip to the ER!

Didnt get order right and had to go through agian. What I received for their handcrafted cold brew jamocha drink is a melted jamocha milkshake in a small cup with ice... I asked if this was seriously their cold brew and she said yes😳.. I am still in shock..Never agian.. and the driveup girl was rude too😡 I mean can you at least have a nice person hand me an order so screwed up

Arbys certainly couldn't find the meat this time. Totally flat coke as well. This place should be closed for so many reasons. Oh by the way ask for Arbys sause. 2 packets for 2 medium sandwiches. Now how is one suppose to reasonably cover up the tastet of meat with pne packet per sandwich.

I really love Arby's!! The last few times the mozzarella sticks could've stayed in the fryer a little longer and the fries tasted very old. My market fresh sandwich is always perfection! I'm never one to come back and complain or call. Just a heads up in the future for other customers. Keep it up and hang in there Arby's employees!! We appreciate you!!
