Review Kavkaz Restaurant - North Miami Beach

Came there before live music - my preference! VERY nice. Not the most exquisite place and food, although, not exactly cheap - but that is rather the beauty of the place. We sat there, rarely disturbed, enjoying our company with their solidly tasty food (and wine - all from Georgia). All over all — 5 stars; and a promise (to myself) to come over once again in the nearest future. Thank you, guys! Great place, great friendly service, good food and relaxing atmosphere altogether! I highly recommend it, again, before the live music-time.

First time trying Georgian food It was delicious! The service was good and helpful to navigate thru the menu. Kobob & soup were good. Great value for the money.

The service here is absolutely terrible. When we arrived, my party had to fight to get a table even though the restaurant was less than half full. The servers are incredibly rude, cold, and unhelpful, so good luck trying to ask for help with the menu. I was excited to try Georgian/Caucasian food for the first time, but we had to look up everything ourselves since there was no effort made to help explain anything. Surprisingly, the food was excellent. Everything was unique and flavorful, and there were many dishes I got to try for the first time. Khachapuri is absolutely a must order. Still, I don't like having to deal with condescending staff, so I would probably prefer some form of delivery or takeout to dining in here.

Tried this place on a whim and it was great. The decor is great, the food was amazing, and incredible wine. Really reasonably priced food for the quality.

We celebrated Easter Sunday with pork and lamb kebab with vegetable side dishes. The meats were tender and well cooked. The vegetables were crunchy and sweet. The waitress was very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back. Our regret was that we have lived in Miami since 1984 and we never heard of this restaurant.

Went for the first time tonight with my husband. It's great to listen to him speak his native language and see his face light up checking the menu. The food is spectacular. These were not small portions either. The prices are shockingly low based on the great quality. Our waiter was kind and gracious. There is no doubt we will be going back. If i could figure out how to post a picture of his plate I would. I read through other reviews and do not believe the negative comments at all. Go and try this place out. Delicious!

Great food, professional friendly waiters, fun live Russian and not-Russian music. This is a great place to celebrate any occasion or just have a good meal.

Went to Miami for 4 days and had a chance to go eat at Kavkaz restaurant. Amazing atmosphere, impeccable service and the food was out of this world. Would strongly recommend and will definitely go again!

We have stopped by the restaurant because of our friend's recommendation. The food was good and atmosphere very comfortable. I would of rated 5 stars, but many items on the menu were not available. I would like to come back there and try more dishes and see more variety of delicious Georgian cuisine.

Great place. Delicious food. We had a birthday party there, twenty people, and everyone was very pleased with the event. Volodya and one young girl (sorry, didn't ask her name) did a great job. We all were very pleased. Thanks, guys. We'll be back soon.
