Understaffed most of the time. A lot of waiting to order, waiting to get half of your food (pull around we will bring it out),and still missing items, or the special requests arent made properly. But Manchester only has a few fast food joints, so it's tolerated.

For a fast food place especially with everything going on now adays, and with teenagers working while still in school, its really not that bad. They forget things sometimes or they take a while or mess up orders but honestly what restraunt doesnt?
I had to give McDonald's 4-stars because; my wife rated it 5-stars, while I could barely find it in my heart to give the place 3-stars. Averaged out it's a 4-star I guess.
Day shift is under staffed, Younger workers with short attitudes.
Evening shift is very professional and much quicker with finishing a meal.
