I am extremely proud to say excellent customer service still exist. A Big Applause goes to my waitress Erin. Friendly, and impressive service. She was on top of things. I never had to ask for service. She was filling my drinks exactly how I liked my coffee. I'm kinda particular about my coffee has to be a certain way. So as you can see I have high expectations about service, she was spot on. I was so impressed that I have decided to come back and have this as one of my hang outsi for quick snack or two. Anyone interested in excellent service ask for Erin.

Very unkind (rude) hostess. Insane wait to take drink orders and a longer wait for food. A chicken tender given to my daughter was literally over cooked breading. When I asked for a replacement I was questioned. We ordered dessert to go and after another 10 minutes of waiting I got home to a cold and soggy "warm apple pie crisp"... Terribly disappointed.

I was seated in the front of the restaurant, next to the front desk. The Manager was blowing her nose behind the counter, in which I don’t mind. But She helped customers right after. She was also coughing as if she had a cold. Yes, she had a mask on, but it looked cheap. She then went out and smoked a cigarette, continued to help customers and touch everything and didn’t wash her hands at all! I was completely disgusted! I definitely will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this location.
