Horrible Horrible Horrible! Service from the same individual. The one older lady that works here is very rude. I have not been to any place let alone a place I'm buying food from that has given me the treatment this older lady has. There are plenty reviews prior to mine regarding a rude lady working here. How can subway continue to allow this person to be employed here & serve people food. Out of the 3 times I've came here this lady has snapped at me for no reason EACH TIME. I've seen her do it at other people as well. 1 of the many examples; I asked for jalapeños on the side when she was wrapping the last sandwich- she was quick to respond "yea not yet when I'm done I'll get them " 🤦🏻‍♀️ oh my lord! Today I ordered for pick up thru the app because I had to be somewhere quick. Paid my lunch thru the app because that's the only option when you order ahead . When I got there the lady snapped at me when I asked her about a pick up order .I had to cancel because they gave my order away to someone else & I did not want to deal with this grumpy lady that didn't even seem to care that my order was missing. I'm not as upset at the mistake they made giving away my order as much as I am upset at the old lady that seems to think she is in the right treating people like garbage over & over again.

This used to be a great place to eat. Not sure if they have changed managers, but Kristine is very rude and refuses to add the toppings I like, claiming ''That is not how the sandwich should be like''. As a customer I can add or take-off anything in the sandwich I requested. If they can do it at any other fast food place, why can they not customize what I require. She is not going to eat it, I am!

This time, costumer service was poor in this subway branch. The employees and the manager had a really bad attitude saying they will make the sandwich the way they want to, and not the way the costumer wants. I understand that some recipes are designed to balance the food. But sometimes we want to add and extra ingredient. The employees from this branch did not like it and decided to throw away the sandwich. They need an improvement in costumer service.

I used to think this was one of the best subways in town but I guess things have changed. I go in to order a sandwich not only do they not have the bread I ask for and when I ask about the bread on the racks I’m told “I can touch it if I want so it can burn my hand” because it’s abt 15min from being able to be handled the guy tells me. Which is fine but instead of informing me of any other outages I end being told they don’t have half of the veggies I want for the sandwich I just leave it at that they go to charge me I run my card then they tel me they’ve charged me wrong and now I owe more money and I’m told if I’m paranoid I should just call my bank regarding my charges. It seems like I’m hassling them to get paid to work there and to make me a sandwich. This isn’t the first time this place has treated me wrong but normally I figured they were just busy. Today on the other hand there wasn’t anyone in there. Super disappointed in this and I’ll just start going to a different establishment for sandwiches.

GIGI was so nice. It was a really good experience, I even enjoyed the little talk we had, there was no line. I even apologized for the phone call I was on. She was so nice about it I believe she was training someone. The that person was also really nice and helpful! I'm definitely coming back just for those two
