Great Food!! Fast Friendly Delivery!! We have loved everything we have tried so far! The green salsa is awesome, has a real nice kick! (You really should sell a larger size cause I could eat that on everything!) The Cucumber lime juice is sooo yummy!! And the Mexican bowls are my favorite with the super tender birria. If you're looking for something different for delivery this is the place. Thank you Senor Pollo!!

I had ordered delivery from grubhub and received my food two times and it took around an hour to an hour and a half which was the time quoted. Each time they gave me a card pushing to order from their website for a 10% discount. I ordered delivery from their website and was quoted an hour and fifteen minutes, fine cause that's what was normal. After they were a half hour late I called and was told my delivery had just left and they were extra busy and he apologized saying it would be delivered in the next 15 minutes. After waiting another half hour I called back again, by this time I was rather disappointed. I told the owner my situation that I no longer wanted the delivery and that I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. He blamed his employees told me that he would refund my order, I paid with my card, and to accept the meal when it arrived. I told him to call his driver and cancel the delivery and that after waiting over two hours and fifteen minutes I didn't want it. Shortly after I hung up with him his driver called and said he would be delivering in twelve minutes... I told him to go back to the store that I did not want the food and that I was disappointed with their service. Twenty minutes later he showed up at my door trying to give me the food, I turned him away having lost my appetite. They have good food and had I been told it would be 2 hours and 45 minutes for my food upfront I would have gone elsewhere. Had they called me and let me know what was going on I would more than likely still be a customer. It has been ten days since this happened and my money has still not been refunded. Disappointed. Update: Seventeen days still no refund.

Food is okay. Some things are good and some are not. Stay away from the bowl, I tasted nothing but grease. Service? Not great. I ordered online and realized I left my work phone number instead of my cell. I use that account for office orders mainly. When I realized this, maybe half an hour after the order I called the restaurant multiple times to give them my cell number in case they got lost. No answer. I thought maybe they were closed and contacted the online service I used to ask if the restaurant was open because I needed to update my cell number. The online service told me the restaurant was very busy and they were just running late. Ok understandable but I figure they know about the wrong number deal now. No kidding after 3 hours and maybe 20 minutes the guy shows up. I heard my boyfriend open the door and I hear the delivery guy rudely start, "First of all that number you gave me is wrong I called and... blah blah blah." My boyfriend tried to explain that we called the restaurant but the delivery guy kept interrupting him. You know that kind of rude that is masked by some "politeness" to not come off as bad? He even called my work number to prove his point, unnecessary. I had to come out and tell him the same thing about calling them but he ignored me and kept going on about how we were wrong. He said to call the restaurant directly next time we order and handed us a card. How do you argue with someone who ignores what you have to say? We paid, took the card and said thank you. If the restaurant didn't answer when we tried calling to give them the correct number how do I know they'll pick up when I want to make an order? I'm pretty sure they'll spit in my food next time for the review, so it's the last time I order from here.

I live in Phoenix and I decided to order food for my friend and his daughter in Las Vegas this morning and didn't find very many options. What I did decide on was this spot for early morning delivery and they had no problem catering to my request despite it being a bit of a drive from North Vegas to my friends address. Needless to say, being kind doesn't need reviews but it's a nice gesture and good karma. I will say even though I had I hearty breakfast already, reading my order for my friend made me hungry again!

Man I'm from California an I love many types of foods so not that many places in Vegas stack up. You have one place an that's hit are miss. But I'm so glad I found soñer pollo restaurant because girl my girl love fish tacos an this is the only place that make it the best an beside that all there food is great. This great place they have a customer for life now. Great food an great service!!!!!❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍

Don't order from here unless you want food to take up to two hours for delivery. On one occasion their salsa was rancid and inedible. Save your money and go elsewhere these people do not deserve a single red cent. The sad part is I was always generous with my tips. The food is somewhat ok, but not worth waiting 2 hours.

I ordered a burrito that had a piece of plastic wrapper in it. They also missed a part of my order. I called them to let them know that I found a piece of plastic in my food and they did not send me the salsa for my chips. The guy I spoke with was completely disinterested and did not offer to make amends in the slightest. I placed the order through Eat24 and when I told them what happened, they immediately refunded the cost for the food and apologized for the inaction of the restaurant.

I live around the corner and been going here for years. Food used to be awesome before and now its just ok. I started going again atleast once or twice a week because I loved their wings. But yesterday I went and the wings they gave me looked like they came from deformed chickens. One piece looked like it was almost as big as a chicken leg, another one was so weird shaped and it was full of feathers. Why would they see that and still cook it and give it to a customer. I know that wings are cheap but I would rather pay a little more and get some healthier looking chicken. I always loved this place and never went next door because I felt like I was betraying them. But i felt betrayed by them yesterday. I don't know if i ever want to eat there again.
