First time at Panda. I went for a safe choice, ordered a bowl, waited upfront for about 7min and got what I thought was a kids bowl. This isn't even an entire scoop! I went in to have my order corrected only to be told this is the appropriate amount. I have learned a valuable lesson today and will continue to give my dollar to mom amd pop restaurants. I just would love to know how you guys have stayed in business for so long? And do you teach a master class?🤣

The only flaw is when they are not busy the food don't look so hot.

Very messy, unwiped tables and very dirty and sticky drink area and floor.
I had a relatively small concern with my order but the real issue was the very rude, dismissive attitude of the mini-manager Osbaldo C. He’s one of those workers who seem to enjoy aggravating the customer; siting store policy as an excuse. He had a permanent little smirk on his face during our exchange. He’s not the type of person a business should want interacting with their customers. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything and I probably won’t return for a very long time.
And to make things even more frustrating was that he keeps the name of the manager above him secret so that a disgruntled customer can’t elevate the complaint to a higher level.

I can only give you 1 star today. You used to be 4. Beware a certain shift here if youre a person of color(except hispanic) They are gonna look around and act like you arent there before taking your order. Make you wait the entire time a hispanic family is infront of you still ordering and took 10 minutes to complete their order and another 5 before ringing them up. When your food is already packaged. It took another couple to get behind me. Just 2 people one of which was a hispanic man, for them to open the 2nd register. Somebody let me know if im tripping and i was just stanky today x) pretty sure some prejudice was going down today and ive been here plenty. It was only the black shirt and one female serving food. Great job following up on CDC guidelines and City regulations for covid-19 screening. They have a thermometer at entrance and enough automatic hand sanitizers around their dine in room.
Food is good but serving portions in this specific location are not Panda standards; poor and small portions.

This place is packed when I went. Drive thru was long. I had ordered online for pickup and I had to wait to be serviced despite a separate line for Online orders. A customer behind me had said he waited over 30 minutes outside for his order for curbside and saw people after him get his food before him. Maybe because it was Friday night, but it sure was busy and understaffed. I hate it that there's only one way to enter and leave. Hard to turn around in the lot when you need to leave. Just try your best to come here when its less busy.

Don’t go there when they first open. They gave me “OLD” spoiled fried rice from yesterday!!!! The photos is chucks of old rice. And it smelled spoiled. JUST DONT GO THERE AT ALL!!!!! (0 Stars)

Pros:
Fast service, clean lobby, 10% discount for military.
Cons:
The chicken was a bit dry and hard (honey sesame). Not as tender not flavorful as I've experienced at other Panda Express locations
Overall:
Good for lunch rush, they move quick! But not consistent for flavor.
