For being in North Highlands, this is actually a very nice McDonald's. Ordered 2 for $5 Sausage and Egg McMuffins and a large Iced Caramel Macchiato. Food tasted great, was well prepared and wrapped, not like the usual wrapping you see from some McDonald's. Macchiato was too sweet for my preference but I'm pretty sure that's how they make it. Bathroom was kept locked, which I understand. It seems to be working because it was clean and well kept. Associate who took my order was nice and friendly. Overall, great job.

I got a couple of breakfast sandwiches. Sausage McMuffin with egg, and the egg was freshly cooked. I'm not big on sausage McMuffin with egg if the egg is overcooked.
Nice service as well. This place is busy, but the staff have time to help with your order.
I'm kinda over the McDonald's app, because it doesn't cover store specials.
So dump the app. Walk in and ask the girls, "What's on special?"
That's my test for McDonald's. This franchise passed with flying colors. š„°

I'm only giving this a 4 because I bought 2 drinks abs the ice was melted and gone about 2 minutes after I pulled away. I wonder if extra ice would help, maybe but after a gulp I'd say so that's left is ice. Bah!
Placed a big order, sadly confused the cashier. Easy fix and was corrected quickly. Staff were very friendly and food was good
