I ordered my food it drive-thru it was read back to me correctly when I got up to the window to pay it was the general manager helping me. She asked me if I'd like ketchup for my French fries and I said yes and everybody was polite and courteous. I pulled away to start eating my hamburger and it was completely wrong with the things I asked to be removed still there and the things that I wanted not on it. I had no ketchup for my French fries and they were cold. Good thing I didn't get on the freeway before I noticed this but I shouldn't have to turn around and go back and go in the store to get my order correct. General manager tried to help me in the store but every time I told her what I wanted she repeated it wrong. Then the other girl tried to hand me my sandwich would not give me my French fries back. Eventually I got everything correct and got on my way but it was 25 minutes I didn't need to waste to come back and do it

Large clean dining room.
I tried the new Double Primal burger and by itself it came out at $14 and change, but it was massive and dripping with cheese. I loved it!

It was difficult to get the server at the counter to understand my order even though it was a big ad in the middle of the menu over her head. Then I needed the restroom and she had to open the door. I don't think I will eat there again.

Hot and fresh food . Quick fast freindly . The worker was extremely nice . No long line in the drive thru , just a lil pricey . Overall I will be going back.

This is what happens when you use a coupon at this location and after they make you wait because "they make fresh" and if you think because the sauce is gone I took the "3rd" one off. Look at closely and see that its just not enough sauce with the missing ingredients..

I went through the drive thru last night and ordered the double 1/3 pound original burger as repeated back to me at order kiosk and at window Where they collected their $9.69 for just the burger and when I got home started to enjoy my dinner, I took 2 bites and realized that I only had a single burger. I immediately got the receipt and called but no answer. Waited a few minutes while the rest of my family were enjoying their dinner, (from elsewhere) and tried again. still no answer. In today's economy, $9.69 is a lot for a drive thru burger and way too much for a smaller than ordered burger.
This is an update to my review. I was contacted by the district manager of Carls Jr the next day after my review and spoke to them regarding this problem and she promptly made my order correct. This time the burger was perfect and just what i expected. Thank you
