Staff personable & engaged professionally with customers. Drive-thru & instore customers seemed to be equally taken care of; thus no long backlogs.
Breakfast sandwich on croissant pretty good... the one on Texas toast was great. Their old fashion donuts are as I remembered them.
Overall a positive albeit a bit pricey experience. Will use again.

I love this Dunkin!!! These employees work extremely hard, especially Fernando and a few others who’s names I unfortunately can’t remember. As soon as they hear my voice they know exactly what I want. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Guys!

I placed an On the Go order. When I arrived was informed they didn't had the blend I bought and put the butter on the side for my bagel. For some reason the app automatically puts it like that although I didn't choose that option. Also, my bagel was burned on the edges so the had to remake it.

I've had to ban this place twice. It used to be such a great spot 6yrs ago. But management has gone downhill. I've had too many bad experiences there. Not nice people.

Very sweet stuff, very friendly and fast service. We were there after a long night at emergency vet close by and they made us feel good.

Went now 2x in the last 2wks. First, it took them 15mins to take my order and I was standing their. I kept saying hi, the guy kept saying be right their, looked like drive through was the priority. 2nd time I choose drive thru, well the girl had gloves on moving things around touching the trash moving boxes to the floor and now proceeds to touch the food, WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES AFTER TOUCHING THE TRASH. I told her I don't want anything. You are suppose to change your gloves after touching things especially if you're dealing with food. SHE LOOKED LOST. NEVER AGAIN

Your typical Dunkin Donuts. If you're not a favorite customer you get the regular service. Your order taken, your order process, and you pay. Most times your order will be processed correctly and you leave happy but there have been plenty of other times my order was incorrect. Always check your order to ensure your food is an overcooked and is cooked correctly, and always symbol your drinks prior to leaving.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought some munchkins while Katina was working, and I was waiting like 3 minutes for someone to come, when no one was in the drive though or in the front, and was wondering if anyone was even working. I finally saw her in the back, so I yelled for her. I had to instruct her like 5 times that I wanted munchkins, and even then, I had to repeat myself how I wanted it. She first grabbed a donut box, and then a brown bag, and then even after that, the wrong count box....and then eventually grabbed the right box. She looked very blank minded and was getting very irritated every time I talked to her.
Eventually, she charged me for the wrong munchkins count (in my benefit), and when I told her she charged me for wrong count, she just some incoherent thing, with an angry expression. I left, as I didn't want to deal with it, and thought I tried with sufficient effort to let her know that she under charged.
