This Wendy's has improved a lot. Service is quicker and food has been prepared as ordered. Previously, they had issues. Great burgers.

Great place for a quick bite. But of course, with a lot of fast food restaurants these days, the workers there are disinterested and not polite.

This is a nice Wendy's. It is always busy, so the drive-thru line is long, and congestion with dine-in vehicles is a major issue. The employees are always super awesome.

The young people they had on staff were amazing. The power went out while it was crowded both inside and in the driveway, but with no power they still managed to get everyone's order completed in a calm no panic way.

The food that comes out of this Wendy's is always good, never had a bad meal from here.
However the service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to once go back to the Wendy's and get a refund, not because the food was wrong or bad but because they charged me for 3 burgers when I bought 1. I have also been charged for the wrong meal and asked to pay again to make up the difference.
The manager quickly resolved the issue but I know that this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Not sure if it's an employee issue or a training issue but it's not a good look for a fast food place.

This location is not the fastest. Part of the reason they are so slow is due to the their lobby not being open, so the only option is the drive through. I hope they can hire enough people to correct this. They almost always get my order correct though. The food is always hot and tasty. The $5 biggie bag is a fantastic deal. Give them a try.

Food was prepared accurately and efficiently. Staff was doing well but understaffed overall. Ketchup provided upon request. Freestyle machine was out of order but refills available at the counter. Will definitely return.
