The Iced Caramel Macchiato upside down does not disappoint. If you're a fan of the OG version, but are feeling unenthusiastic about how certain levels are sweet and other levels are like coffee flavor kicking you in the taste buds, try it upside down. Reverse engineering does wonders for the blending and flavor ratios of this beverage. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I just want to give a major shoutout to the woman who was working drinks this morning 9/5 - She was behind on tickets because the store was so busy, but continued to be communicative with everyone verbally, keep her composure and focus, and continue to have a good attitude. I watched everyone listen to her say she was behind, and she would call out names of not only orders she was working on, but the next 3 coming up and within seconds customers started questioning when their order would be up/giving her a hard time as if they were the only people ordering at 8:30 am. The poor girl was moving as fast as she could. We all need to give some more grace. I thanked her for her transparency, waited patiently and even thanked her when mine came up. Yes, I stood around for a very long time, but it doesn’t cost anything to be kind. So again - Thank you to the staff, I give you all so much credit during your busy morning rushes.

shoutout to the very sweet girl working the drive thru this afternoon for the pup cup! She gave me a full cup of whipped cream (last time she just got half) and my dog was in heaven!! She is always super sweet and friendly every time I come through the drive thru so i thought I’d give her a little shoutout today. thanks so much for making my dog’s day today!!!! I totally forgot to ask her name but I think her name tag said Kelsey? she usually wears a crochet hat
