First time eating at a steak'N Shake Restrooms are dirty can't get TP out of the
Dispenser if you need more unsweet tea forget about it. hostess stated that it takes too long to make. unorganized kitchen to many people running into each other while people are standing at the counter being ignored. they mop floors around you while you're eating. cashier are very slow at check out when you can get anyone to the counter. I won't be eating at another one again.

Look at that plaque, and look at the reviews. Do you think you are going to have a “Exceptional Service” here? This place is a JOKE! You stand there to be sited for minutes. When you sit, you get your drinks ok fast but your shakes come late, and the food, forget it. Employees have long faces. They are slow. This place don’t deserve to be in service, I prefer for it to be shut down. Sorry but it’s the truth. People here come to wait to be sited, and they just leave. Just today, I saw more than 10 people leave. I don’t recommend this place. The people that have put 5 ⭐️ got lucky, the rest of us know what happened that day.

Ordered double steakburger&fries turtle shake in a glass. Patty Melt no onion add pepperjack & fries diet coke. After the third time sending it back, it was somewhat right. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Not rocket science. Only 5 booths occupied, so not overly busy.

These tables were literally stacked with dirty dishes for more than half an hour. Just handes piles of straws and silverware. There were a dozen of us. This is how many straws are left over. Just sloppy and careless

Great burger for the price. The fries came to the table hot, and the burger was excellent. Can't have shakes because of milk allergy but the coke was so good. How about non-dairy ice cream. Just might work. Great service, moving to SC in December and we will be back. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Very unsatisfied! The only partially good part of this experience is our waitress was nice when she got around to us. The floor was filthy, our table wasn't cleaned, the hamburgers we're extremely thin and very small, there restrooms we're disgusting and when we were paying we waited for a good ten minutes at the register. When the girl came to ring us up she spent the whole time talking, no, yelling to the employees behind her. I will not be back or recommend this location!

I really like the food. We have them back home so it was nice to get one here. This particular visit was horrible. The dining room was a wreck. The bathroom was even worse. Looked like someone had trashed it. All of the tissue was on the floor and the rolls were stomped on. There were Popeye's Chicken boxes scattered all around. If I hadn't had to use the restroom so badly I would have waited. The manager on duty was walking around looking lost. I don't normally complain, but it was crazy.

Went in tonight to get a quick dinner with my wife, as soon as we walked in we were seated. 30 minutes later we still haven't seen our server. A manager walked by us as we asked to speak to them and they kept walking as they didn't hear us, no acknowledgement of any kind. I would understand if they were busy, however 4 tables including ours doesn't seem busy to us. I don't know what happened they used to be awesome and fast but now they have just gone down hill.
