Cristo's Pizza & Grill

Stopped in for some quick lunch slices and was not disappointed! Their drunken grandma pizza with penne vodka sauce was fresh out of the oven, creamy and delicious. Their mushroom pizza had nice thick mushroom slices cooked perfectly. Both slices were oversized, so great portions! Their chocolate cake slice was moist and delicious and they had a fun selection of cold drinks.

The food just isn't very good, so I stopped going there. I tried the wings--plain---a few times. Each time, the preparation and taste were different. The last time I went there, the plain wings were just dry or overcooked. Not good. I once got a salad there that I just returned. How do you mess up a salad??? Another time, I just ended up waiting too long for my order. It was so strange. Anyway, the young ladies at the register were very nice, but this place is a pass for me. I guess it depends on what you're used to. Also, the pizza isn't that great, either.

You've often seen commonly on Italian food establishments "You've tried the rest and now try the best." When you do try it turns out they are far from the best. Well NOT Cristos. I generally purchase (and have repeatedly) a meat ball parm sandwich. from this fine establishment. The meat is fresh and tender the Cheese melted on top just the right amount. The slight hint of spice and a crisp sub along with just the correct amount of sauce. once you have had this sandwich (under $10) from Crystos you are likely to regret if you order it anywhere else.
