This location is a mixed bag. First of all, their dining room has been closed since COVID and does not appear to be re-opening any time soon. Thus, this location is drive through only.
The staff are generally friendly but lately they've had a lot of turnover and haven't been able to keep sufficient crew on hand to provide quick service. I went there today and the intercom operator was telling every customer there was at least a 5-10 minute wait, however they were at least accepting orders at the intercom.
This is not a problem just at Arby's, but it is increasingly common everywhere you go. Bad economic state and trail-off from the pandemic have resulted in difficulties hiring competent and willing workers across the industry, and in many other sectors as well. Things are just bad everywhere right now.
The good thing about this location is, when the food is made, it's made well and with care and attention. At least, that has been my experience over the last few years I have been coming to this location. If someone in corporate knows a secret in how to hire more willing workers to staff the kitchen and improve service timing, it would be beneficial.
I give this location 3.5 out of 5; higher points for good food and friendly window staff; reduced points for high wait times and inconvenient hours due to the aforementioned worker shortage.

As of Saturday April 16, the dining room is closed, only the drive through was open.
The deal was two for $6, my Big Fish was served hot and delicious with tartar sauce and shredded lettuce.
The second sandwich was a Arby's Big Roast Beef. It was served plain. It was ok. It would have been delicious with sauce of any kind, but the worker did not mention any as an option.
As for a treat, a mint chocolate shake was ordered and it was very delicious. Broken chocolate pieces clog the straw so it was a bit difficult to move the shake up the straw.
Overall a very good experience, great value for the price.

The other reviews for this place can’t be real. Maybe a different set of expectations or just the sense to keep driving would have been best. This Arby’s is all original 1989. Bathrooms and kitchen haven’t been cleaned since then either. Absolutely disgusting. Men’s bathroom was horrible, kitchen was far from what I would expect. Service was slow and incompetent. No numbering system for inside orders. I had the same name as the gentleman before me which was made clear until I almost walked out the door with his food! I suppose good help and management(non-existent) can be hard to find in the middle of nowhere.

Drive through and lobby both closed on a Tuesday lunchtime. This place looks sad, uncared for, and abandoned. I was so looking forward to a hot beef & cheddar with curly fries. Oh well.

Employees Are Just The Best. U Know, Even Though You Might Find Yourself Working A Job That's Not InThe Line Of Your Love, Atleast Try To Show That You Can Still Respect The Position And Be Professional When Customers Are Present.

Nice Arbys out of North Bend. Food tasted just fine. Good service. Perfect place to pull off I-90 stop and get a bite. Does anything beat a perfect Arby's roast beef sandwich?

One of my favorite places until I went to Moses Lake they had me pull out of drive-thru and wait about 15min for my food I ordered 3 mac n cheese and a order of chicken strips i pull off and open a Mac n cheese and it was cold like really cold, my chicken was hot but all the Mac n cheeses were cold so I call and talk to a girl and she said just come back we will replace it well it was a few weeks because I'm moving to Moses I gave the girl my name not my fault she didn't write it down. The mng made me feel like I was lying and just wanting free food I even saw the girl that brought me my food and tried saying something to her and the mng interrupted me and didn't do dm ask her. Sucks because this is one of my favorite places to go

The people who work there have no idea how to work. They don't listen to your order, they just give you what they think they heard you order. They don't ask you what you want to drink, one time she told me what I was gonna get to drink. The food wasn't what I order, and you can't go back in and tell them they messed up your order cuz your not allowed to go in anymore
