This is the perfect neighborhood family restaurant. The manager, hostess and server, Jonathan made us feel like we were regulars even though it was our first time. Everything we ordered was delicious and the portions were huge. The people who worked there were all smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The atmosphere was great. Everyone seemed to know each other.
I've been here for vegan brunch (which is SO GOOD) so I had to come back to try their vegan pizza. I got the vegan sausage and broccoli rabe pizza and they hit a home run once again. The pizza was DELICIOUS, cooked perfectly. I'm hoping for more vegan dinner items soon, but the pizza and brunch, along with the great service, will for sure bring me back again and again.
I went again and I'm excited to find out they host events! My boyfriend and I want to go.

The most gorgeous, and elevated pizzeria /restaurant in the area! They have so many cool options and twists for pizza!
Been coming here for some delicious pizza to go for a bit! The staff is so nice whenever we come in, all the team members are so on point and work swiftly as they get super busy!
The food is incredible- my favorite in the area!! They have such a wide range of pizza which is so rare to find ! They also have really good broccoli and buffalo chicken pinwheels . For pizza, the grandma ,Caesar salad, artichokes, Sicilian and buffalo chicken slices have all been phenomenal! I also like that they have truffle pasta and fries (have yet to try!)

The three seating areas are perfect-one for casual pick up and eating,one large dining area in the back with table staff, and one even large dining hall for private event.s
I love the gorgeous private dining room with a beautiful light fixture , where I went a few years ago for a christening .Their dining room for guests is so modern and chic with lovely selection of chairs-it really sets the tone.
For the casual seating I really enjoy the custom banquet benches and the oak wood beams -they did such a good job with them, its so modern and comfortable!! Firing off on all cylinders!!
Great food, excellent taste, and very nice looking with the renovations! I come here for lunch if I’m doing my laundry around lunch time, and I’m always pleased with the service. I had this delicious chicken parmigiana like sandwich on garlic bread with the tomato sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! If I lived closer, I would definitely make this place my choice to order from!
Good place. We've gotten take out a bunch of times. Pizza's always good. We sat down for dinner a few times in the back, really very good. The service overall is good. Recommended.
After visiting Bramalo for several date nights through the years, my fiancé and I decided to host our rehearsal dinner at there! Matt was so easy to work with and the whole staff was attentive and responsive all night! Food was amazing and the Zio’s cake we brought in was a hit! There side party room is the perfect space to host any special celebration. There was plenty of space for us to move around and mingle throughout the dinner. Of course, we’ll be back! 😄🍝🍕

I'm very picky, annoying and judgemental. :) So when I say I like a place, I really mean it. We just got home from dinner at Bramalo, our first visit. It's not often that I'll say - EVERY thing was great. The cocktails were solid, really great actually. Even the house wines we ordered were great. I finished off with the special which was a perfectly made espresso martini that was recommended by the super friendly bartender. Really an excellent drink, pretty much a dessert.
We ordered the clams... Top notch, comes in a great sauce, I don't even know what it was but it's not the basic typical lemon garlic. Calamari was done perfectly. Troffolini (I probably spelled that wrong) was an undoubtedly handmade pasta stuffed with ...I don't remember... But it was great. Very unique dish. Last I'll tell you about, and best for last.... The short rib Mac and cheese. Ok, so I have full conversations with people about mac and cheese... And this is one to add to my conversation. Honestly one of the best dishes I've had in awhile. We'll order that every time we visit, and we'll visit just to order that.
Our first time there, and we'll definitely be back - adding Bramalo to the short list.
Update 2023: this remains one of my favorite spots. I think being part of a pizzeria makes you expect less of it, but the food is much more elevated than a basic pizzeria. For the first time I had the Garlic Parmesan wings.... What you expect based on every other place is a wing covered in white goopy sauce - but no that's not how they do it here.... The wings are breaded and smothered in real roasted garlic, garlic that has been cooked until it's sweet and perfect, and actual parmesan. It's very much a chef's dish. Dare I say this was the best flavored (non buffalo) wing I've ever had ..... And at a pizza place. Will probably add that to the order every time.
I took time to read some negative reviews, I'm positive some are simply fake, I presume a competitor. Otherwise delivery problems from a third party or complaining about prices, just ignore those. I would love to sit down and eat a meal here with anyone complaining about food - because they are either lying or have a palette better suited for Applebee's.

Went to Bramalo last night for the first time for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. The food was AMAZING (Burrata appetizer, spicy eggplant parm alla vodka for me & pasta rustica for my boyfriend) & the service was excellent (thanks Olivia!) Will definitely be back and will tell others to check it out!
My first time back since this used to be Gino's. Luckily to say that not too much has changed under the new name. Always has friendly staff, quick service, and some of my favorite dishes to boot for a reasonable price and traditionally Italian large portions. Parking can be a bit nuts, but it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend the Pene Pollo Caprese, haven't seen it anywhere else and it's absolutely delicious. I've also had the Chicken Primavera, which is delicious and one of the better healthy options on the menu.
The stuff was very friendly however the service can use some work. It look like no one really knew what they were doing there for. Our weight was very long to simply order food and also to receive food. Once I did get my food it was basically cold and it was supposed to be a hot seafood dish. The only other positive that have aspect was the amount of food is very generous.

Decided to grab some lunch and see if it was better. They fixed the inside and made it very clean. The menu is a little busy and confusing as it's supposed to be a pizzare and restaurant. They also now have a brunch menu. Did feel for a local restaurant pricing is high on main course and more in line with what I would expect when eating in Manhattan. I did order the baked clams. They were small but the sauce was absolutely delicious. Went with chicken parm hero for lunch. I prefer to have a whole chicken cutlet and they made it with stips of chicken. I actually enjoyed it. I will say it's better to eat in and not get a delivery. It ensures hot fresh food.The waiter has been with them for a couple of years. He is friendly outgoing kind and definitely has a background in waiting table. Monday, definitely seems like the day to go as it was slow and quiet.
Came here for the food after seeing the Instagram and wasn’t disappointed. The linguine and clams was probably the best I’ve had outside of home made. I take 1 star due to the slow service. I don’t blame the server as I think they were a little short staffed.
Some of the best slices of pizza I have ever had. Far better than a lot of Manhattan locations for a fraction of the price. Just unfortunate that it’s deep in Long Island.
