I'm not sure if like the rest of the country Quan's is short staffed or lacking talent, but they have gone waaaaay down hill. I ordered Pad Thai, extra peanuts and limes. It was just noodles, chicken and peanuts. The noodles were over cooked, and I never received the limes. The sauce had no taste. Their crab Rangoon's are usually delish, but mine were undercooked and dripping with oil. The spicy green beans were not their usual spicy and the actual beans were also under cooked. I'm giving them 1 star because I order from them all the time, and have never complained or had a problem. When I called to give them feedback they could care less. In fact the person on the phone said well I didn't have any limes. I replied, not even at the bar? Then the excuse was well, I never charged you for the limes anyway. ? Limes usually come with Pad Thai... Quan's is not a cheap dinner out. I'm happy to go to my other favorite place Chang Du instead of wasting my money and food at an establishment that clearly could care less about the quality of their product and customer service.

This place is way too pricey for the portions and quality. Over $12 for a "large" crab rangoon which only had 6 pieces. Other Chinese places have better quality food and normal size portions. This place isn't worth it, we won't be back.

The decor and interior gives you high expectations. The chinese cuisine is average and sushi is below average. Price to portion ratio does not match well. Highlights were the chicken lettuce wraps and general gaos shrimp.

place has gone way downhill over the last ten years. they used to hook you up now they're mad scheisty. we just ordered like 80 dollars worth of sushi and curry they didn't give any white rice and the curry was like 3 pieces of scallops with a few pieces of peppers and onions flooded in raman noodle chicken broth. they gave one single fortune cookie for an order of like 3 people and a dab of wasabi smaller than the size of the owners peckka, no bread w/ buttah like they used to either there was somethin else too but i forgot, place just blowz now fagetta boutt it

Up until last week this would have been a 5 star review. Their food has always been great. The reason for the 2 stars is their customer service. I ordered 2 large rice with 3 extra eggs in each one. I paid an extra $3 for each rice. They sent it normal and then even after sending pictures said it had the egg in it. We have ordered it many times in the past and it was flooded with egg. I asked for a call from the manager and never received one. They lost a very good customer over a lousy $6. It's not even the money it's the idea they are trying to lie their way out of not providing what was expected. Included is pictures of the rice.

The most flavourful, tasty, plentiful food. Love this restaurant. Staff are happy and very nice, attentive but not intrusive.
