Very poor. Asked for chocolate
glazed and jelly munchkins only didn't get the chocolate. Asked for skim milk and got cream in the coffee. I wouldn't mind but repeated the order 3x.

This Dunkins has been terrible for a long time. Got a large hot Holiday Blend coffee. Coffee tasted like it had been brewing for a long time. It was very bitter and tasted burnt. The young people standing and not working behind the counter are complaining about their job for everyone to hear. Very disorganized. Where is the shift manager? And are there anyone working over the age of 21 ?

Unorganized on the inside. They gave me the wrong drink. Food was stale. Drive-thru was slow, most likely because of the aforementioned chaos inside. Overall layout of the building was a mess. Only positive is convenience, but drive a mile or so on the same road and go to McDonald's.

I waited 15 minutes in line this morning. When I finally got up to the drive thru window, she tried to charge me for a wrong order. Paid for my order, very impolite. When I got to work which is 3 minutes down the street, my food order was completely incorrect! And it was hard as a rock. Extremely dissatisfied

Don't go there after 4pm.The Drive thru people takes 20 minutes just to ask you how can i help you.

I work in food service 7 years. And before that bartender for 14 yrs. 1. never seen worse training for customer service SERIOUSLY!!!. 2. WHY ARE THESE YOUNG GIRLS WEARING THESE CLAWS FOR NAILS IN FOOD SERVICE!!!!! I WAS AT DD on Osgood st. no glove use.

We just stopped by for a box of munchkins and a box of different types of donuts. They put all the donuts in one big paper bag! What was supposed to be a delicious snack for our kids got tossed in the trash (totally gross)!

I go here often for my grandkids, they love the munchkins and egg.wraps. Always fast good service and the ladies that work are pretty Hot. Lol
