Review Papa John's Pizza - Norristown

I ordered a large pizza at 7:30 and it arrived at 8:05 hot and fresh! The tracker was totally accurate and the delivery person followed the instructions I left perfectly. Super happy with the service I received as well as the speed and quality! Will order again.

BEWARE the stuffed crust. 💀 Twice I got violently sick the night after eating it and now I've taken a closer look to realize that it's not simply melted stretchy cheese but also raw stretchy dough still left in the crust. Both times were at the Norristown location so not sure if this a national Papa John's problem or just this location isn't cooking them properly.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I called to see if it was on the way. The app said it was on the way for about and hour and I literally live 2 miles from the store. The manager asked me to hold on and then came back on the line to tell me it was on the way and then HUNG UP! I was about to call back and ask for an e.t.a. when the delivery person called. He proceeded to tell me that my address did not exist. I'm sorry, what??? I can assure you I do not live in an alternate universe. I've lived in the same house for over 30 years and I'm pretty sure I've mastered memorizing my address. When the delivery person finally finds me (I was standing outside waving and he literally drove right by me 4 times.) he hands me my now ice cold pizza. Not a word of apology. Not a word... period. Just a look of thinly veiled contempt. We didn't even eat it because of how nasty the driver looked at us. It wasn't even sealed so we were afraid it was tampered with. If I could give this papa John's less than one star, I would do it. Fortunately there are a hundred pizzerias around here so this is no loss. Order at your own peril.

AVOID IF PLACING AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY! They just cannot handle deliveries and they should be honest with their customers about that. Waited 3.5 hours - no pizza. Not sure what business model they're using, but if the goal is to stop people from patronizing them, they are doing a great job. UPDATE: The delivery person actually showed up at my door at midnight (6.5 hours after I ordered and 3 hours after I cancelled my order).

The staff is extremely rude. They disrespected my Military Service, telling me “Fuck your service” and I was also told to “Have a good night asshole” by one of their employees. Completely unprofessional service and employees. I’m also going to file a complaint with management.

A guy comes to your shop 5 minutes before closing. What do you do? Chris decided to provide excellent service and hook me up and make a pizza even though he could have told me they were closed. Made my day, it was a long day and a long One for Chris too I bet since it was 11pm. Great service makes businesses , Employees like Chris make great businesses. Thank you my man Chris.

I made an order from the Papa Johns located in 2810 Ridge Pike, Norristown, PA 19403 and waited over 2 hrs and never received it. I live approximately 10 minutes from the location and when I called at 9:50pm a rep from the location informed me that it was going to be another 1hr and 30 minute wait. Instead of coming with any solutions he was making up worthless excuses. At the very least he could've been more due diligent with my order and offered an option to pick it up with an added compensation for paying for the delivery fee plus tip. I declined the order after expressing my frustration to him and I definitely did not want a stale pizza with the possibility of them spitting on my food. He rudely expressed that maybe I should've ordered from DoorDash after I told him that DoorDash picks up from that location regardless of the locations lack of delivery staff. This should've been more properly mitigated and I'll never order from that place again while highly recommending that everyone else should avoid from that location. The King of Prussia location is way better.

Placed an order online. Get a call from Kentucky cancelling my order 20 min later. Thanks for not allowing enough time to order something different and not eat lunch today. I would have given a zero if I could have.
