Review Taco Bell - Norristown

The new Taco Bell at Deklab Pike is NEW and IMPROVED! Super Clean a d the staff are super nice and polite! I hope people that comes here will also jeep it clean and respect the new renovated TACO BELL location. Food is great as always! Also there are charging stations in some tables which is a good way to keep your battery up to date.

Newly remodeled, nicely done. Ordered several items. Order was missing 4 different items. The cook made them right away. Luckily we checked the order before we exited the store. Food was tasty and fresh. No sauces included.

During listed open hours, the restaurant was locked and the drive through was off. There was no note to let people know that they weren't open. People were lined up at the drive through and waiting at the door trying to pick up orders. The lights were all on and there were people inside, but no one was running the restaurant.

SOS! The new beautiful state of the art Taco Bell is on life support already! Holy cow there is absolutely no structure behind the counter whatsoever and it’s like a free for all. No one knows what they are doing! The car line is back to California and I am being to the think the zombie apocalypse will be here before my order! People are coming in from the drive through with complaints ! Where the hell is management?!? Never again.

Waited an hour to get my mobile order. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. All the employees were rude and had no idea what they were doing. Even as the line grew they had no sense of urgency. There were three employees standing around the entire time, when they would come to the front their excuse was that they could only see three orders at a time so if your order wasn't on the screen they were unable to help you(which shows how incompetent they are, since later they were able to put in my order number and immediately get the receipt). I was completely ignored while they took priority on Grubhub and DoorDash orders. They tried locking the doors to keep people outside so they couldn't complain and ask about their orders. It shows very clearly that they rushed reopening this location and no one there has any idea what they are doing. I finally went in the drive thru to get my order because at least there I had to get it or else my car wasn't moving anywhere. When I made it to the second window to pick up my food, they had no idea what my order was, which showed that they had not even started on it. Common sense would have been to confirm my order at the drive thru box or the first window when they would typically accept payment. But no , that would make too much sense. I get that Taco Bell is a minimum wage job but literally 3 blind monkeys could run a better operation. The owner/manager should be disappointed, I was one of the many people who waited over an hour for some tacos. They only reason I stayed was because I could not cancel my order and get a refund.

New and improved restaurant and drive thru got my hopes up. Those hopes were quickly dashed when they messed up my order after waiting in the drive thru for like 20 minutes. The food was good but they gave me incorrect items. Staff needs to do better.

What is the point of knocking down and remodeling this store? It's under the same poor management and understaffed as hell. We made an order online and were advised that the store was closed. When we advised that we'd ordered online they proceeded to make our food. ??

Brand new building with ordering kiosks so that you can get your order the way you want. They have outdoor seating now too
