Review 7-eleven - Norristown

This store is not 24 hrs. I went to this store at 1AM and there was an employee in the store, but when I tried to enter the door was locked. I tried to grab the employee’s attention, they made eye contact with me, but then continued doing whatever it is he was doing. You shouldn’t be posted as 24 hrs, thanks for wasting my time.

My fiance and I just got two burger from here . THERE WAS A LONG DARK HAIR IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FIANCE BURGER. Tried calling ... Of course no answer! So freaking gross never getting hot food from this place again ! Two burgers and $ wasted. I couldn't eat mine bc I was so grossed out.

Just moving into the neighborhood and I stopped in to find out when the store closes. I asked the guy behind the counter. He didn't know and had no interest in finding out for me.

I stopped at Johnson Highway 7-11 store to get a small cup of coffee. I walked up to the Counter to pay, I gave him my phone number and he charged me $1.80. I asked him $1.80 for this small cup of coffee? He said yes. I told him I will not be coming back to this store again. My question is why do they charge so much? I’m ready to take this to the news media!

Not friendly and very rude the woman at the register spoke down to me while i was trying to use my phone to pay. As i was standing in line directly behind another patron the woman told me that the man at the hot dog case was in lone before me mind you i was already in line before the man even walked into the store. Never will i spend my money here again.

I just left this location not to long ago . I like the convenience but as of recent the new staff/cashier short black haired girl is very rude & stereotypical. I’ve witnessed on several accounts where she’s refused or lost buisness from Afro-American customers such as myself. I went to use the ATM to grab $20 and bought a $2 Dollar drink to break the bill. She looked at me & asked “You don’t have $2 dollars” i had to politely clap back of course .. NO ONE should feel some sort of discomfort from going to the convince store

I'm here all the time as I live behind the store. It really is like rolling the dice when you come here. Depending on the employee they will lock the store at night and being a third shift worker it would be nice to at least have a warning before I can't come here because they are closed. This is a real pain.

Unfortunately, this store isn’t much better than the other 7-Elevens in the area. While the store is usually pretty well stocked and quick in-and-out service, the staff attitude is often very rude. Unfortunately the staff are usually busy engaging with each other, often in another language, seemingly arguing, instead of focusing on you, the customer. I realize it’s just a convenience store, but I do expect some degree of good customer service.
