Review Burger King - Norristown

After a 15 minute wait at the drive thru, the completely rude and insensitive person who took the order was not only unapologetic, but he also didn't accommodate a simple substitution of impossible whopper to A whopper, something that has never been an issue since the impossible whopper was introduced. I was willing to pay for the up charge or price difference. Worst burger King I have been to

Food ok but staff admitted to frauding ticket times.... they have a huge line for the 2 ordering stations but only 1 person taking orders every 2 min on the dot. I counted... then they rush you through the line to pay and then if they're not ready with your order make you pull forward. I asked the gentleman giving me my food if they were doing this too trick corporate into think their ticket times are faster then they really are. And he responded without hesitation. Yes.... I guess corporate need to install sensors to see how long people are waiting in line to order now.

They are so friendly here. We only do the drive thru. It’s good to know that people still smile and are nice when they give you your food. I love all the perks with using the app. The app definitely enhances the experience. Great savings for families it big groups!

Used a coupon for two Whopper Juniors and two medium fries for under $5. The food didn't disappoint at all. Was still piping hot when I got home. Used the drive-thru lane and even though it was rush hour got through the whole process in less than 5 minutes.

I ordered ahead using the mobile app so I expected my food to be ready and on time and delicious but it wasn’t. Instead when I pulled up to the drive-through I had to wait for my order and there were people behind me who got the order before I got my order. When I finally got my order it was cold and the milkshake was watery. Very disappointing😢

I am so tired if my orders not being correct. I repeat my order twice because there is no longer a display board when you order , I look at the receipt when I pay, the extras aren't listed, I question it at the pick up window...oh yes, the boss said, I was having a problem, so I came up front and told them what you wanted. Drive all the way home. Guess what. They didn't get it right, again...this is the 3rd time this has happened. So I call, too busy to answer the phone the message tells you, and it won't be monitored for messages, and for me to call back. It's like 8 o'clock at night! Ridiculous!

Are they under new management? Precovid I used to pass 2 other burger king's to get here now I wouldn't come here if I lived next door. Cold food, told to move up and sit for 15 minutes for 2 combos, and oh my God have the prices gone up!!

First time going to this location and I was very impressed by both the service and speed of the service- very nice people, food was ready right after I paid. Indoor dining doesn’t seem to be available right now. Would come back

Now I remember why I don't eat at BK!!. Approx. 7:30 pm I ordered a whopper w/cheese & beacon, side of Onion rings and sweet tea. $8.05!. I live 15 mins from this BK (Norristown, PA) . When I got home, rings were cold, my whopper's hamburger was cold and dried out (and the cheese wasn't fully melted). It's obvious I got the sandwich that was left under the lamp after dinner hour. The sweet tea was good! I guess it's back to McDonald's and Wendy's.
