Review Sonic Drive-in - Norristown

Burger was good, hot dog was good, ordered honey bbq wings, noticed two things: not enough sauce, wings weren’t even covered in the sauce fully, just partially as per photo, the fork was so cheap getting it out of its own wrapper bent it.

Been itching to go since reopening but both times have been a blunder. The first the place was closed, yet all of the lights and radio were open and google said they were open 3 hours later than they actually were. The big issue is that one of the employees was blocking the entire exit with his car instead of the entrance meaning I had to risk hitting someone head on to get out of the parking lot. The second i was able to get food but they didn't have onion rings or any ice cream. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster, but the bread wasn't even toasted! So i ended getting a burger inbetween two slices of white bread. What a depressing downhill slope this location has been.

The service was quick and the food was amazing of course. The chili cheese tater tots are my favorite and they were hot and melty. The fried pickles were even more amazing. All in all, great food and great prices.

Only drive through. Some items they are out of or don't have anymore even though it's still on the menu. NO MORE BONELESS WINGS! other then the items being gone or sold out and the semi long wait since it's only drive through everything was good.

The worst grilled chicken sandwich I ever had and milkshake was hard to drink. Been here a few times where they spilled a drink on me and got my order wrong. It's hard to keep giving this place chances when they won't correct their mistake.

New staff? Faulty drive thru equipment? What can explain having to repeat my order FOUR TIMES to your worker? It was just a numer 3 and 11 and a side of mozzarella sticks, how did that take literally 10 minutes at the speaker to order? The chicken was obviously old and the toast was burnt. Pick a struggle, bad service or bad food but don't have both.

Worst experience ever, spent $26 on food that was made incorrect, after asking to remake they were in such a hurry they remade it wrong again. The drink was out of syrup so it was colored soda water. Don't waste you time.

The drinks and milkshakes are yummy.sometimes the drive thru is really crowded but they send out ppl to give you ur food.Definitelyrecommend to everyone
