Review Arby's - Norristown

First of all this is the only Arby's around so be like me and get there around 2:45pm to grab dinner for later. The drive thru had only two cars before me. Wifee said to try the Diablo Dares spicy chicken sandwiches with free vanilla shakes so I did. Wheew... were do I start. Don't ...I repeat, Don't sample the shake before you bite the Diablo... you're gonna need ALL of it pal!! I've tried everyone's so called spicy chicken sandwiches but this one...HOT. Not unenjoyably hot either but juuust enough to let you know they mean business! Arby's got a winner here.

I actually enjoyed it! I tried the spicy fish which is actually the regular fish with (I think) cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. Employees were friendly and my order was prepared fairly quickly. I actually took a chance, removed my mask and ate inside 😐 🤞

Arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes before closing time to get place an order to go. A woman in a car parked out front told me they're closed. I said "that's strange, they're listed as open until 9pm." As I said that an Arby's worker locked the door and came out hearing what I said. She looked at me and said "Yeah." I told her thanks. Very disappointed with that experience. I hope the employees enjoyed their early day. 1/26/2022 at 7:50pm.

I go here often enough and the staff is always really nice to me and makes me feel right at home even though I'm just going through the drive through. Foods perfect almost every time too.

Pleasantly SURPRISED! Had the Roast Turkey GYRO and the chicken sandwich. Service was TOP NOTCH and little wait time.

One of the things I love about Arby's is that you can go each time and try something new. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. Easy to ring the bell on the way out. My only frustration is that the condiments are often empty. Such a lack of a detail like checking to make sure the condiments are full before the lunch rush makes we wonder what other details are missing behind the counter that I cannot see.

I’ve no issue with this arbys, but I am a bit concerned/curious. We went to order food via drive through and there was someone putzing around in the drive through lanes. I don’t think this person was/is an employee. Maybe advise pedestrians to NOT chill in the drive through? Just seems like a hazard

I order a steak house burger it was so good I went thu the drive thu was very quick
