What happened to this store? When it first opened I was able to count on high quality food made perfectly and lately it’s just been completely downhill. Everything is sloppy, missing ingredients and just doesn’t meet the quality I used to expect here.

I love Primo Hoagies but hate that this is the closest to me. The rolls are not the seeded hearty rolls and are a limp soft roll. The quality of the product is questionable to the point my GF doesn't even want sandwiches from there. I'm done after this latest "Crusher" to hard small and underfill

Just got two primo Italians the two girls that were working were very nice and good attitude! It was a good experience and thanks girls..... If you haven't been been there in a couple months such as myself,you should try them out again!

Its a good location for food. The Turkey Diablo primo was very good with nice soft bread and the meatball hoagie had nice and crunchy bread. The service was bit slow and staff didn't know who ordered what when the orders were finally done.. But otherwise the food was good.
