Review El Taquito Mexican Restaurant - Norristown

Beware that the prices listed on the menu are not the actual prices they charge. Everything I ordered was an extra $1 than listed. That really adds up if you order several things. Food was not even good. My daughter ordered chicken tacos, and they basically cut up rotisserie chicken and re-fried it in oil, making for the toughest pieces of chicken. Not at all what we were expecting when thought we would be getting grilled chicken. Never again. Overpriced and inedible. Would not recommend.

Terrible place for Mexican food!. I went yesterday and they had a sign to wear a mask and I decided to try it.I went in and nobody's wearing a mask including several customers.The food was terrible and took a long time.I like Lubrato it's always consistent. This place was dirty and I'm mad I spent the money and have a stomach ache today.Never again!.I checked the reviews and they were good.I don't know how thats possible it wasn't even close to good!.

My first time here and let me tell you the Cuban sandwich was the most delicious I had. The ladies that work there are very nice and make you welcome. Ill will recommend this place for family and friends now. Thank you!

The food here is always delicious. The service is fast and friendly. And it is affordable Mexican food. They even have Horchata! And huitlacoche. I like a place with authentic Mexican food

I think I’ve tried every birria taco in the area and these are by far the best. Honestly they are some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. The consume is perfection. So good, you could just drink it.

Authentic Mexican tacos that remind me of the street tacos that I would get in Southern California. On Sunday they have tacos for only $1 and the choices are: Chicken Carne Asada Al Pastor Carnitas That’s the best menu item for the price. Some items are good but are a bit overpriced (Quesadilla $7)The red salsa is lackluster but the salsa verde is good. Cash only but an ATM is on premises. I definitely stop by when I’m in the area and recommend that you do too.

Great local place with food that punches well above its weight class. At first I was afraid it was just a take out place, but the staff was quick, prompt and helpful. Also very friendly! Thank you.
