Review Boston Market - Norristown

The meal was excellent and the employees were very friendly. The price was very reasonable for a group of six. I liked that we could arrange the tables so that all of us could eat family style.

I ordered food from Boston Market using ActiveMenus. I ordered the 3piece dark meat chicken and it was juicy and delicious. They had it ready in a timely manner. Great customer service, too!

Used to be a great location but they've really gone downhill the last few months. Multiple times the corn has still been frozen with literal chunks of ice in it. Last time I ordered a seperate side of mashed potatoes with gravy on it but they put so much on them that when the lid went on, gravy spilled all over the container and went into the bag that way (was really fun to try and open too). This time I ordered gravy on the side and guess what? No gravy. Also, don't expect your 1st side choices as 1 will always be 8-10 minutes from being ready. Again, used to be the best location, but I guess with all the others around them closing, quality is no longer a concern. Next time I'll drive the extra 5 minutes from my location and see if Abington can do better.

Very clean store and helpful friendly staff. Food isn't like I remember it. Was still good but overall the Mac and cheese didn't taste "homemade" and the chicken portion size was small lol. It's fast food so the bar is low there to begin with.

I placed an online order thru Active Menus. Everything was ready to be picked up at the designated time. The servers were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious as always. Will be back again!

Be careful. Be Leary. The meals purchased via online catering were grossly underprepared and the serving sizes for adults would not have fed a toddler. I spent $63.00 on menu items to supplement my holiday menu and could not use what Boston Market provided.

What a fantastic team. Always on point and never a bad meal. I visit this location at least 4 days a week. Keep up the great work guys !

I used active menus for delivery. They were a little late but they kept me informed. I really appreciated that.
