Mary the manger is excellent. We ate there the other night, had a small order issue and she took care of it above and beyond. Keep her!! as she was a breath of fresh air especially in the world we live in now !

My first time every trying Red Robin and the wait seemed too long but, once I received my food and took my first bite it was definitely worth the wait. I will return.

Burgers are not exactly same as pictures on advertisements. Taste is good but expensive and not enough portion becuase unlimited side is not available at this moment. Kuma's corner would be better to have nice burgers becuase they offer good burgers without unlimited side offers

You gotta love Red Robin! Their burgers are juicy & delicious. Their fries are crispy and 'bottomless'! Always an interesting mix of 'characters' to people watch.

Great people, amazing location. They always keep the place clean. The servers are always a great help. Lina took care of my fiancé and I and it was a great anniversary lunch. The best one hands down, I love this place its always on top of it.

Don’t go to this location at the HIP it’s literally the worst one. The Skokie one in village crossing will be a better choice.
