If you're craving good diner food and you're in the area, definitely stop by for very good food and service. We came to The Blossom after seeing it on Check Please. I also love visiting diners new to me so I was excited to go.
I want to be careful about how I write this because I don't want it to sound negative. We had a very good experience and I definitely recommend The Blossom Cafe to anyone that hasn't been, especially if you're in the area or if there's something on their menu that isn't available at your local diner. It's just that if you already have a favorite local diner, this is probably just as good. My party agreed that "there's nothing bad to say" about our experience. It's just that for us, it's a bit of a drive and our local diners are just as good.
I gave 5 stars because they deserve them for every reason... Food, quality, service, cleanliness, prices, serving sizes, etc. There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is really big. The place was full but we never felt like they were too busy to give us attention. Our mugs were always full and they even put condiments on our table so we wouldn't have to ask.
Once I get off the plane from Texas I always come straight to Blossom! This is literally the best place to eat and the service is always top tier. Blossom serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With the value and quality of the food this is a definitely a place that will stay on my radar. Now I understand why my grandmother always comes here after church.
Staying in the area for a business trip and decided to grab some local breakfast. They had outside seating which was wonderful in a beautiful Chicago Day. The service was spot on and the food was very delicious. I didn't grab anything exciting off the menu and I wish I did but I was in such a hurry that I went with a classic I've had elsewhere that would be hard to mess up. Very tasty, huge portion and friendly wait staff. Would definitely be back if in the area.
We eat there pretty often. Really good food and service. But be warned they sometimes crank up the cheap elevator music and crank it up so you can’t hear what the others at your table are saying and in the evening they turn the lights down for the mood, evidently?
Most of the people in there aren’t there for the mood. But otherwise an outstanding place.

Blossoms has great breakfast to get your morning started! Customer service is great they do go out of their way to make sure that you’re satisfied. Really flavorful buttermilk pancakes with powdered sugar on top so good! Fresh over easy eggs and chicken sauce links that was so delicious. Grab yourself a mimosa and head over to Elly’s to enjoy a wonderful breakfast.
My family and I have been coming to Blossom since I was young. Breakfast or dinner, they’ve never disappointed! The service is always friendly and quick. The food is always fresh. Especially their fruit and in-house fresh squeezed orange juice. We live in Florida now and always look forward to coming here.
Always good food! Large portions! Most of the time I have leftovers, even omelettes are big.
Tonites steak was cooked to perfection accompanied with perfectly steamed broccoli, carrots, onions strings and French fries.
I ALWAYS ask for Juan, he is the best! Ask for him and you won’t be disappointed unless of course it’s his day off!
Spacious dinning area along with great music creates a good dinning experience!
A+ rating in my book!
Great food and affordable.
The portions are huge and come with a starter soup or salad of your choice.
Service is fast. Food is on point. Alcohol rates are reasonable.
Sunday brunch was busy but it was just a 15 minute wait.
Will definitely visit again to try other dishes.
