Marco's Pizza

Terrible customer service and wasn’t even trying to eat there!!!! “Manager” (I think), wouldn’t even give her name or “rank”, comes running out of store saying we can’t park in “their” “curbside pickup lanes”! Which are closer to my kids haircut place! (Please check pictures below) parking lot was empty! And when I attempted to move the sign over, after she was writing my license plate number down, she freaked out yelling that I am not allowed to touch their “stuff”. Threatened to call police and have me towed just trying to get my son’s haircut. And not one single customer came to their “curbside” our entire visit. I will never buy Marcos pizza again just because of this rude, hateful, and obviously lonely “lady”(Lol)!!!

Terrible service over an hour and half late called the store and the kid that answered siad that they was dealing with more important things in the store they will get it to us when they can and laughed at us. Pizza came burnt and the other two looks like a kindergarten class made it and stomped on it. You got one job to make pizzas and serve the customers and if your staff cannot do that then find some who will. I will be calling corporate

Wednesday night is pizza night and we decided to order from Marco this week. Our first pizza arrived exactly at the time they told us it would. But we had a problem. Half of the pizza was supposed to be pepperoni only and it had the other topping all over it. We called and talked to the manager, Shelby I think, and she totally remade us another pepperoni only pizza and had it there ASAP. Shout out to Shelby for taking great care of what could have been an awful experience. We will be ordering again soon! Thanks to Shelby and the staff!

Worst experience I have had with a restaurant of any sort in a long time. Our order was accepted this evening at 7:30, then we were called at 8:00 to inform us that they were short staffed and running a “little behind”, but to expect our order in “30-40 minutes”, or I could come pick it up for a “ten percent discount”. I opted to wait for the additional half hour or so and have it delivered, as 10% wasn’t worth the 15 minute drive and inconvenience. That’s why we ordered a pizza for delivery.....anyways..and hour and ten minutes later, I had to call again to inquire about where my order was. Shelby the girl answering the phone was absolutely clueless, and said “yeah, sorry, I was wrong” when asked about the time frame and then informed me that my order hadn’t even been prepared. One hour and forty minutes of wasted time, no communication, frustration and zero result. I’d take my business to the multiple other options in Norman for pizza. Marco’s prices make it attractive, but their customer service and quality quickly explain the pricing. Absolute garbage.

The pizza bowl was the perfect replacement for my pizza craving, since I'm trying to avoid obvious starches and carbs from breads. This morning was my first ever experience with Marco's Pizza and while I knew that they were known for great pizza, I didn't know what style they would use: chicago, new york, or californian. The sales clerk told me about the bowls and I figured that it was going to have noodles with pizza-like ingredients. I was very pleased that their pizza bowl doesn't have any starch at all! I had the 'deluxe' which is like a supreme pizza without crust. I placed a timed order and when I returned, the bowl and side were just completing cooking. Great timing! This is a take-out and order only location, but I did see handicap parking, and I believe it had a ramp to the sidewalk. The staff wear masks for health safety. Walking in was a nice experience. I went in to judge whether I'd like the place and I like this location for several things: the concrete floors were clean; the whole place appeared clean and dusted; I could see straight back into their spotless work stations and equipment; they greeted myself and others as people entered; Their uniforms were clean and proper; their personal presentations were enthusiastic for their work and welcoming. The boxes that I took food in were clean and didn't have any smell; the food was well contained and hot. Utensils were provided in the box. If you're looking for a place that delivers on service, safety, and satisfaction, I highly recommend considering this Marco's Pizza location for your personal pan or family party!
