Eskimo Sno

This Eskimo Sno location, has by far , been my least favorite. I've bought 3 snocones here and each time had so little syrup in comparison to the other Eskimo Sno locations. I even bought a large one and waited to enjoy it at home. By the time I got to eat it, it was so bland, I figured that the juices had sunk to the bottom. But even by the time I got about mid cup down it was just white and untouchedd by any juice or flavor. So the sour straw that came with it was basically the most delicious part.

Visited on 5/19 when it wasn’t crazy busy. Waited for about five minutes before it was my turn then was ignored by the staff like I didn’t even exist. Instead they started helping the people behind me. So incredibly rude. Won’t be buying here for me or my family again. Had to explain to my two year old that the rude staff had kept her from getting a snow cone. Train your people on customer service. It really pays off.

Eskimo Sno is the best snow cone place in the area. They have many flavors that other shops do not. I have never counted them, but I would say at least 40. You can get them done to suit your taste. Each snow cone comes with a candy surprise and plenty of flavoring. The prices are average and the service is quick. This is the perfect place to chill on a summer day.

Update: I got out the ol' segway and went and got a snow cone Thursday at Robinson crossing And had a great experience and then got to talk to some young people about my Segway minipro and really enjoyed the atmosphere and love the employees! Then today (Sunday) both my husband and I went in and one young lady didn't know how to make them think it was her first day and she seemed very nervous,but they other young lady there was patient with her explained and showed her how to make them and still everyone had a smile on their face no one complained and still a warm welcome and great job from your staff. I love your employees and how they treat people! Thank you all very much! Great, friendly, cheerful young people working for this wonderful company. They always greet you with a warm smile and a welcoming Hello! Thank you to all the staff for being so awesome! Norman is proud to have you!
