Was crazy busy when I arrived. Line was moving slow but service was good and the food was also good. For a drink I tried to get tea but the spigot fell off and tea poured out all over the floor. The problem was fixed but decided to get something else to drink.

Steak was dry. Took longer to pay then to get my order ready. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The flat top grill was so dirty. Looked like it has not been cleaned in a long time. Layers of left over grease that needs to be scrubbed. I worked in a kitchen in my early 20's and I cleaned the grill. Such an easy process. 1st Scrape Leftovers. After each use, use a griddle scraper to scrape all the leftover grease or food residue.
Then spray with water and give the entire surface a good rinse. That will help with the meat not tasting burned and dry

My daughter and I eat here frequently. It’s my “go to” for good food during work. Delicious food prepared with care. Employees provide a happy environment with their good attitudes and ready genuine smiles!! I tried another place but NO, this is my place.

Food dry and bottom of each pan. Some ingredients were not available. Asks employees we would like fresh ingredients and was ignored. Service was horrible. Love this place and have always enjoyed the food. But this experience has made us decide to never go back.

My husband went in on 6/13 to do a pickup order and then a female manager tells him all orders will be refunded that day by Chipotle for anyone who ordered, then the payment went through. I’ve waited 3 days for a refund. Nothing. my husband goes back in and the “manager” that was the SAME manager that approached him at the door when they closed early due to “NO A/C”. We asked if instead of a refund we could have our order remade. So instead I purchased our food again and to be told that we have to call a 1800 number due to THEM not following through on what was told to us. Super disappointed in the way this was handled.

I enjoy the chipotle. The employees work really hard to put out good food with great attitudes. Thr only reason I give four is because they seem to have a lot of supply issues (they were out of taco shells and chips on my last visit).

Buy 2 burritos with barbecue meat, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, sourcream and rice with cilantro and lime. We did not like it, very small, the rice was raw and very expensive. We had never been and they were not recommended, but we did not like it, we will visit another town if it improves a little.

Never again. I asked for a chips and queso bowl . My husband got a burrito . I was informed upon paying they were out of chips . I thought to my self .. well why didn’t the person making my food tell me so ? One small ladle of queso one scoop of chicken . And a pinch of lettuce . My husbands burrito had a small scoop of rice ,chicken , and a heaping scoop of pico.. causeing it to be an absolute juicy mess . Then I asked for a fork .. they are all out of forks .. so we were charged full price at $22 nearly $23 and we got 2 items and didn’t even have everything the meal was sopose to come with . Absolutely disappointed. And will not be back . A refund is obvious.
