I ordered the Steak Salad after much debate in my mind. The server convinced me and I'm glad I listened. The only change I made was no olives. It was delicious. The steak was cooked med well as I ordered. The green beans were seasoned. Potatoes were cold, no added flavor. I would order this salad again. Hubby loved his Ribeye. The bread brought to table was not fresh. Dry and very little flavor.

The service was great! The atmosphere was pleasant. The cheese fries (appetizer) was tasty, but the outside ring of potatoes were slightly burnt. The Caesar salad was extremely chilled, light dressing with crispy croutons. The entrees were very hot! After about 8 minutes of eating, I had to cut it in the middle to help cool it down to avoid burning my mouth. No complaints about that, just FYI.

Our server Madison was fantastic. Excellent food, cooked correctly. My wife got the chicken fried steak, it was huge. My sirloin was med rare, with the best amount of pink. Definitely coming back, one of our new favorite steak houses!

I've eaten in a lot of Saltgrass Steak Houses, but the food at this one was by far the BEST! My order got a little confused with the meat temp way off but the manager, Kat made every effort to fix everything and turn around my experience. She was fabulous as was the rest of the staff. Kudos to this place!! Highly recommend this place!

Update - Second time coming here. Got seated and it was 6 minutes for a server to ever come over to our table. It was not busy during our visit. The wait staff moved slowly and other patrons also looked frustrated by how slow they were. Will not be coming back.
First time to eat there. Had the gulf coast steak and fried shrimp, fried pickles and a Caesar salad. Everything was really good and service was excellent.
