Dairy Queen

Well... My family had to clean our own table, also had to go to 5 different tables to get a ketchup bottle with anything in it. Our kids ordered chicken strips and we noticed the chicken melted through the gravy container. My wife said that the woman's bathroom hasn't had soap in it for three weeks. Noticed another customer also feeling the need to clean they're own table. Pretty sad!

Took 25-30 minutes to get our order through the drive through (chicken strip basket and 2 Blizzards). 4 customers inside the restaurant already seated and only one car behind us, there seemed to be a full staff running around, and to top it off, I didn’t even get a “have a good night”, just gave us the food and closed the window.

Previous visit was terrible but I thought I would try again. NEVER going there again. The lady taking my order didnt let me finish before giving me my total. Waited a decent amount to receive OLD food. Ordered a chicken strip basket, the fries, chicken and gravy all tasted old. Received a gravy covered with dried and CRUSTED gravy lid and opened it and the look proved it was old with clumps and color. Pop I received was flat. Officially the worst service I have ever received. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

went through drive through today, waited for a few mins, no welcoming. i said “hello” i got as a response “wait a minute”. so i waited another almost 5 more minutes. said “hello” and i was told to wait. i recommend having enough employees working at a time so people don’t have to wait for 10 minutes in the drive through. will not be going there again

DQ is our #1 favorite place to go for food and treats or to take home a box of Peanut Buster bars.We look for DQ's when we travel too. I decided to try the chocolate cake shake last week. I have seen it for quite awhile in my DQ app. No cake chunks or chocolate shavings as shown in photos . I asked the young woman at the drivethru window if the cake cubes were in the cup and she said it was under the ice cream. But it turned out to just be a chocolate shake with the cake completely blended in the chocolate ice cream. Not sure if this is product not matching advertisement or a location that needs training. If the latter please provide them with what is needed to make the cake shake as described. This will make us reluctant to try other different menu items in the future. We won't stop at this location again. Thank you for your time.
