Dairy Queen Brazier

Poor quality of service. First at the drive thru, and no one ahead, but the ordering took forever, and on top of that, when my food was ordered, and I paid, the cashier had to ask if I paid five minutes after the fact. Then, he gave me my food, told me to have a good day, but I had to remind him I had a drink along with my order. Upon giving me the drink, the lid wasn’t even secured on all the way. I had to do that. So, after all this, I get home and see I didn’t even have the right order of food. The Dr. Pepper was flat, and my hopes were crushed. I ordered a regular 4 piece chicken strip and was given a four piece barbecue chicken strip basket, and I also had a burger that I definitely did not order. No gravy was there to comfort me. Absolutely horrible service.

I have nothing against the quality of food, in fact it was quite well! But there are some things that need to be changed very quickly in order to be an effective restaurant. First suggestion that I have is that the yelling at employees needs to stop. I guarantee that the young men and women that work at this location could find a different job that doesn't necessarily do that. Second suggestion is working together as a team! Teamwork builds great success! I really like Dairy Queen and they have some very great tasting food! A little bit of fixing and this could be a really good thriving restaurant!
