Food was dry the noodles where not cooked all the way the rice had no taste and the guys there are super creepy, they stare as if you owe them something absolutely no customer service! Makes me wonder why there was not woman working there!......over all bad all around!

My hole family loves the food here.Its always fresh,and not a long wait.

Imperial Palace Express has by best food in Chinese food. It is so succulent and it tastes so good in my mouth. I would eat there more often if only I could afford it. But when I do have the funds to eat there it is by far the best!!!!!!!!!!

I went here cause the people in n town said it was great. I would’ve gave them 5 stars but there is one negative I had the lo mien noodles were bad. Tasteless. The rest of the food was amazing and the portions huge. Work on better noodles

The food is wonderful. Easily the best chinese in Norfolk. I hope they continue to thrive even after our pathetic mall dies
