Terrible service, associates are rude and careless. No concept of customer service whatsoever. False advertising, (place is not open 24 and 7, closes unexpectedly after 7 pm), constantly populated and patroned by drunkard vagrants, junkies and dregs of society that hound you for money and shoplift with impunity. Zero security present. Doing any business here, ie. buying gas, food etc. is not only NOT a choice but a lack of options, but a health hazard as well. I was once almost assaulted while leaving because I refused to give some panhandler my time. I witnessed a shoplifting occur once. Coffee and hot beverage machines always broke. Again, associates rude and half-way about their job. This place is changing management, good idea, change employees as well.

Today I stopped to get gas and the cashier was so rude ...I paid for my gas and she said that I didn't .I had to go back to my car to get my receipt. When I returned ,she began to yell at me .So I went back to my car and the cashier came out of the store still trying to say things to me . Her service was terrible !!!!! I will definitely won't go back to that store again ...

Popped into this 7-Eleven for the first time to grab a few sweets for a show at TCC Roper. This is possibly the first store in the chain that I have shopped in a strip as opposed to a stand alone. It has a great a great downtown location off the TIDE rail. Some minor debris was spotted outside the door. My son and I entered the store and quickly found a bag sour patch kids and moved to the register for a flawless checkout. I would return.

Even your own online info has public restroom listed under amenities.. So where is it? It was middle of the day, not 3a & the employee seemed annoyed that I even asked. Isn't it a health department regulation that if u save hot food u must have a restroom? Oh your hot food doesn't pass the hot food temperature test so no consideration of the public required.. & zero given! Another reason u can never compare to Wawa, Sheetz etc

So the cashier rang me up for gas but activated the wrong pump. I went back in the store to let him know and he made it seem like I was lying when he literally just rang me up. I eventually got my money back after waiting there for 10 minutes. But I will never get gas at this 7 11 again.

It was horrible the cashier ROBIN the white lady basically called me a liar and she called me crazy under her breathe. She burnt my pizza and when i brung it back up there she was mumbleing under her breath to her coworker stating that the pizza wasnt burnt and that i was crazy. Never going back to this 7eleven again they need to tear it down!!!

Your cashier shorted me on my change and knew it. I will be calling your franchise owner as well as taking it to corporate. Its sad when people in the business of customer service can't even be honest

Requires that you pay inside for gas. Can't do that when I have a baby with me, or would be annoying to have to take him out just to go into the register.
