7-eleven

I give you the four for this very reason the cashier who I was dealing with was pretty cool funny. But I'mma just be bluntly honest, that 7-Eleven needs a lot of work. It's too many panhandlers out there begging people for money getting upset because you don't give them anything as if you have to. Every time I pull up I'm always cussing somebody out. And nearly got in a fight because I don't back down from anybody no matter how big or small. As far as finding what I needed and getting what I needed done that was cool. But you can kind of tell do other personalities that work there, if I probably went to another cashier the whole experience would have been negative. That's my two cents. But once again I gave it a four due to the cashier.

Fat brown skin cashier with dreads has a super attitude problem!!! Got mad because I said I was going to wait for her and the male cashier to finish talking because they never stopped their conversation when I came to the counter. She got an attitude when I asked for cigarettes. Then said "oh my god" with a huge puff when I asked for something else. I asked her "what is her problem" she said "she doesn't have a problem" them I said "well act like you're at work." She slammed my stuff down in my bag. And she was HIGH HER EYES WERE SUPER LOW SLURRING HER WORDS AND TALKING SLOW.

Their credit card Machines do not work you have to go see the cashier and. When you finally get up there and there’s only one person doing cashier and there’s a big line in front of you when you were in a rush to get to an appointment they simply walk away into the back room. This is by far the slowest location I’ve ever visited. I am glad I am not late for my appointment otherwise he would’ve charged me $50 because of that woman.

Cashier started yelling when I was asking why she was charging me for something that I wasn't being wrong up for worst place I've ever been to hands down the most ignorant people I have dealt with at a 7-Eleven ever I wish the owners of the 7-Eleven would do something about it there's no need for a cashier to yell at a customer

I worked there. I tried my hardest to treat customers respectfully but I would get cussed out for someone's card declining or they didn't have their ID for beer and cigs. Some employees treated people badly because we got cussed at daily for following the rules we were given and for 8+ hours shifts with no breaks. If a customer stole something, it came out of our paychecks. Tried my hardest to make customers happy but people wouldn't know their pump number and get upset when we can't exit the store to see. About the pan handlers and beggers, we were not allowed to deal with it because of the cops. Store is messy no matter how hard we clean due to the fact people would leave messes at stations amd we weren't allowed to leave the register if their was a line of 3 people or more. Management was horrible, take your business elsewhere.

Avoid this 7-11. Some of the day shift employees, but especially the night-shift employees are incredibly rude and have an obvious chip on their shoulder. Every interaction I have with them is overshadowed by their thinly veiled disdain if not outright disrespect. The experiences I have had dealing with their attitude and lazyness is obnoxious enough that I actively try and avoid the store...unfortunately I live nearby and sometimes patronize the store just for the convenience. The owners and their sons (I assume) are always polite, positive, and energetic. It's to bad they hired such terrible employees. If you have another option I suggest you shop elsewhere.
