I realize they may have been busy with all the orders today, I simply ordered light sauce. Got just the opposite, waste of $.

Dis was my first time N Papa Johns Pizza. The service was very nice/friendly. The pizza I ordered is Delicious. I was refer by my niece. I Will b ordering from Papa John's /I Will recommend to others. So glad to have choose dis Papa John's on Granby St.✔️💯👍☮️

Every time I order here the pizza comes out terrible and this is the only location I have problems with . I love papa johns but I refuse to spend anymore at this location

How my pizza was delivered to me. On top of that it took a hour to get delivered to me. We all make mistakes but why deliver a pizza like this?

This is the worst pizza I’ve seen in my life. Burnt and they sent the wrong kind of crust and the slices were uneven… get it together.

Not bad at all! I am a big fan of PJs because of their flavors and good deals. I had some bad experiences in other locations, this one is my first time I ordered in Virginia, good job.
My order was ready to go fast and correctly the first time. The counter help was very helpful and courteous with getting my stuff ready to go.

Papa John's has some very good pizza they have very good desserts brownies Cinnamonpulla Parts, cookies and right now for a short time they have doughnut holes haven't tried them yet but they look good. I have ordered from here many of times over the years I'm very satisfied with the service the food is always hot and fresh if it's not they will fix the issue. Good place to order pizza late night. keep up the good work it's a pleasure doing business with you. 4 thumbs up in 5 stars

It’s hit or miss when they actually deliver the food. Usually long wait times. Last order never showed up but on the tracking it said it had. Wouldn’t recommend.
