Chanello's Pizza

Sitting in a room at the hotel starving and found this place online after calling another and finding it closed early. They advertise delivery till 3am online. When I tried to order I was told they don't have any drivers and can't deliver tonight. I'd love to try the pizza and leave a good review, but man if you can't even get it to me I'm gonna have to go with someone else.

First, the customer service was great. The guy walked the pizza out to my car and was very friendly. The guy running the shop solo looked really busy but was practicing good food safety. Wore gloves and changed when working the front. Ordered the Alexander the Greek pizza and garlic knots. For the pizza, the olives were salty, which was balanced with the subtlety sweet thinly sliced Roma tomatoes. Keep'em thin like that. It was wonderful! The knots were great but it came with a marinara that was extremely sour and had a weird flavor. If the pizza we ordered used a sauce like that I probably wouldn't like it. But a better experience than the one next door.

You messed up my pizza. Who puts pepperoni under the cheese and the other topping on top. It was completely inconvenient to even have to go pick up my order after placing my delivery and they still took my tip. Lol I was tipping a delivery driver not someone who doesn't get paid in tips. Overall. Terrible. No thanks.

Wow. What a horrible place. Took my kids and walked in from my hotel next door. We stood waiting to order for about 10-15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of us. Another gentleman in line got frustrated and left. They seemed indifferent to it and that should’ve been my que. instead finally, I and ordered a pizza and wings. Simple order(?). They said 15 minutes. I went next door and waited and then came back 20 min later. Stood there for close to 15 minutes why they handled a few unhappy customer complaints. I asked if my order was ready and the lady mumbles that she’s been busy with complaints and she will get it ready. She then goes to a pizza that’s been sitting in the counter with just sauce on it and asks me “what was I getting on it”. Are you kidding. It’s not even made much less cooking? It’s been undone on warm counter for 25-30 min. I just asked for money to be put back on card which she said was done (let’s hope $34). And I walked next door and ordered same thing for $24 at Calz. Have no idea how this place is open. Can’t imagine they make any money. Never come here!

Worked an overnight shift everywhere else was closed. Got lucky and drove by and saw Chanello's still open. I ordered a sub and garlic knots. Food was Excellent and customer service was awesome. Definitely would go back and would recommend to anyone else. Staff was very polite and friendly. Thank you and I look forward in dropping by again.

Catherine took care of me and my friends and made the food excellent with the perfect amount of "Love"in each bite. I loved her customer service it was probably the best service ive ever seen, she gave the best service eve though it was a little past the store hours. She provided us hot food made fresh with a big smile, id say it was perfect and would recommend giving them a try and using the Friday free breadsticks with a purchase of any large pi.
